You are working to up grade the hotel. Painting rooms etc. I would only recommend because of location. Climbing around a mattress in the stair well.

i like the location because it's very close to victoria station which is the main terminal in london where u can take bus or train to any destination in England. wifi is bad, i don't mind to pay for it but i pay for nothing, there is a signal but u still can't connet it. secondly is they overcharged me, i stayed for 2 nights, when i got there, i pay cash to them but i noticed that they already charged me 1 night from my credit card. when i checked my credit card statement, i noticed that..., i am so unhappy with that. hope i can get my refund back.

The location is simply awesome. Is very close to any mayor site in London. We were able to reach every place we wanted almost by foot and, given the stupid prices for transportation in London, that is definitely a pro. The price was also quite fine for a place that central. The room was definitely substandard. We booked for a double with in room toilet we got a room with 6 beds. Thanks God we were alone there but still felt strange. Bed sheets were clean but bed covers and the floor carpet were not, breadcrumbs everywhere :v

Absolutely nothing other than the location. The owner was very rude. He demanded more money where it wasn't due. He could not explain why and then when we threatened to call the police the matter was finally resolved in our favour. The room was FILTHY and we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. The floor was covered in hair and dirt and basic things like the bin had not been changed. Location was good BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS ONE. There are so many other cheap and nice hotels there- this one will only disappoint.

Good price for what you got. Bed was actually very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Let us check in even though we were early. Not the friendliest of staff. No towels provided.

Good location and nice looking building. The rooms are a good size and the beds are pretty comfortable too. This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel while visiting London, and as somewhere to sleep after a busy day, I think it's wonderful. Sometimes the paint is a bit messy/patchy and looks a little unsightly. Also the TV was at an odd angle making the picture distorted when sat on the bed.

Location and 24 hour desk were the only good things about it. No towel in room and service charge of £3 for using a card to pay for room. Also had to pay before staying which I have not had to do before.

Only the location. The place is a dump and I feel done-in! I was in a room on the ground floor which was noisy because of the noise from the front desk/front door. My room faced a wall. The room smelled mouldy. The was no towel. There was hair on my pillow case. I had to live out of my suitcase because the cupboard had only one shelve and no clothing hangers. The room is too small for a double bed and I had to squeeze past the corner of the bed to get to the cupboard. The heating didn't work properly and the room was cold. When I wanted to make tea there was a brown liquid in the kettle?? I had to ask for a clean kettle and cup!! The plastic tea tray was dirty and the coffee/tea and whitener was just thrown in a saucer. When I asked for extra sugar, the sachets were literally just thrown all over the tray, not even placed in the saucer. The teabags were uncovered teabags which is unhygienic and some were stained from water drips from a previous guest making coffee/tea. The kettle could not reach the socket so I had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it. When asked about breakfast, the manager on duty told to go and have a look and then decide if I wanted to pay for it...?? I did not bother. I understand that this is a budget hotel but a cheap place can still be clean! I had to stay there for 3 nights because I could not cancel anymore. My bathroom wasn't even cleaned once! Booking.com, if I were you, I would not be associated with this place. I actually deserve a refund.

It's not too far from the Victoria Station and that's the only thing good about it. It's extremely small, dirty, cold and wet. There are stains on the blankets.

Everything was a disaster, we didn't get to stay in the hotel, the minute we walked in, we knew that it was going to be bad but still gave them the benefit of the doubt, until we got into our room, it was absolutely disgusting, the worst thing was the smell, something between insect repellent and old coffee. On top of that, we had to pay for one night even if we were not going to stay there, but it was so disgusting that we decided to pay and leave, having no place to go was better than to stay in that horrible, dirty, creepy place.

Good hotel to stay with at this price since in general things are expensive in UK. 15 minute walk to Victoria station and with a bus #24 near the hotel to go to major attractions, like China town, West Minister Abbey.

Nothing - I booked for there but we ended up at their sister hotel down the road. It was a dive!! Fairly dirty, Rude Staff, Broken appliances, Broken window latches! And i was charged £6 to pay by debit card. I would have refused and gone elsewhere but they would have taken money from my account anyway!!!! I didnt like anything! I could have coped with this nasty place if i could have closed the windows and slept!

Nothing, it was just awful and really not be recomended. Close to tube station in Pimlico Nothing, it was just awful and really not be recomended. The place was dirty as was the communal shower which exits directly onto the stairs landing. Hadn't been cleaned, at least 15 bottles of shampoo etc. left by others still there. Charged £3 for using credit card at hotel. Beds damp and lumpy. Try an overnight stay at the close by Pimlico Tube Station as it has to be better than this. No towels in room, TV didnt work, teabags damp, milk out of date .... I cold go on

We had a sleepless night, the reason for which became obvious upon first light; the room was teeming with bed bugs, roughly half the size of wood lice, with a cockroach type appearance. This was reported to the hotel reception where I was told to speak to the manager. Our taxi was waiting, so I phoned later that day. I was told to send an email, which I duly did, and did not receive a reply. Over the last 2 weeks the bites have gradually come out, so that both of us looked like we had chicken pox. They are intensely itchy and have caused a great deal of discomfort and more sleepless nights. We destroyed our luggage and clothing to stop the infestation spreading into our own homes.

Good location and not too expensive My room was too small and would have been difficult for two people. Storage was inaccessible. It had ho heating and so was very cold. The breakfast was very poor with little choice.
