The room is very very very small and the facilities are really bad! There are three girls of us and in the room there is only two electric socket how can we use them?! We have 3 mobile phones and cameras and many other electric things. When we asked the staff for a electric expansion, he said they don't have one. OMG! And as for the 3.5 pounds breakfast, they only have bread, milk and orange. It doesn't deserve it!!! Everything is soooooooo bad!
that hotel is stick of this carpet and i wont give 20 euros on this rooms
he need a big renovation
room to small and cramped
The staff very friendly would recommend to other to stay here. Great location to main areas of London. Value for money, but did hear reception telling someone that it was £15 per night and we paid more.
No windows in our room or any you could see out of. But nothing major, for what we paid and how long we stayed in the room it was good value.
great location; warm, clean, comfortable room
Staff very friendly
I was in a single room which was very small luckily I am a small build of a person if one was on the large size you would have problems
Position and adequate for our needs for one night
I've cold shower!
No lift services. Very good excercise for luggage transportation from G/F to 4/F.
Where to start: - My company pays for hotels over the phone everywhere, but not when a hotel are trying to fool the card company for cheap rates and are processing hotel stays as mail order items (thus, not able to process phone payment without full photocopy of both sides of the company credit card and written authorisation on header paper - would have been handy to state this before hand) - Although they said they would happily charge the credit card with no authorisation if I walked out! - Cleanliness (0) - There was an old half full coffee cup going up the stairs, a toilet plunger and unless your into that games where you spot other random items around the building you'll probably have a sense of humor failure. - The rooms are designed for you and your entire extended family, if you want just a double room then look else where, after the hours waiting for phone payment to 'be okay' and refusing the basement 8-10 person damp/dark room myself and colleague were shown to our rooms. Mine was a double wedged in with 2 singles and a small shower and sink, walls of differing colours and various laid down segments of carpets which in fairness did cover the floor and I didn't dare to lift/move any of them to see what was underneath. The sheets were not clean and ultimately we were in no mood to move hotels etc by this point so I put the sheet on the floor and slept in my clothes... Woken up at 5am by the paper thin walls and movements of other guest and someone hoovering I got up, braved the shower and left.... Having served in Afghanistan with the military and some other horrible places, given the choice I would return to any one of then before returning to this hotel...
Location wasn't bad if you don't mind walking a bit. The staff was very friendly and available if you need something.
The rooms were very cramped and the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. You also had to ask for towels.
Location was ok - 5 min walk from Victoria Station, next to subway. Also guy from reception really nice and helpful
bathroom conditions were very poor - no ventilation, stucking pipes...
Just the location
Not recomended at all. On the first night they put us on other hotel, without warning. The conditions were very very poor...i can't find nothing good...just the location
perfect location for tourists, friendly and helpful staff
The room itself was not very warm and welcoming, it had a small bathroom which was clean but not well maintained- paint coming off, looked old and tired. Staying in the the room made me feel like I was living in a cheap motel. It was the staff and the location which made us stay!
i like its great location. it is very near to Pimlico subway which can lead you to St Pancras International in 15 minutes. very quiet neighbourhood. The street market is just behind the hotel. Of course, i cant complain about much as it is a cheap hotel compare to the hotels nearby.
I don't like the policy of not on the heater as I was told it is centralised n can only be on at certain time. However, after making the complain, the staff let me had a portable heater, so very grateful in the end.
Bed was clean and comfortable, Hotel was situated convenient for West End and the sights
Room was very small nowhere to sit, no lounge area in the hotel. Bathroom was damp and mould was on some of the tiles and ceiling
It was cheap for London £50/night
I did not trust the staff. It seems like a couple of guys just decided to buy and run a hotel. So when one of the guys comes to clean the rooms I dont trust the work he does. They do not have any real staff. Also the patio is shared with a neighbouring room, but the patio door does not have a lock. Your neighbour can come right into your room if they wanted to. Everything in the hotel was dingy and run down. I would never stay here again. Also the East Indian people who work the reception can be racist. They seemed particularly inquisitive about where I am from. I am from Canada. My parents are from Hong Kong. The guy who checked us in literally said "ching chong" saying I looked chinese when I told him I was from Canada.
Closeness to all facilities; helpful staff; polite staff; quick resolution to problems (light bulb went); choice of whether to have breakfast or not (we chose to have breakfast on last day)
Perhaps a little guidance on organising the dining room and what's for breakfast would be helpful to the hotel and guests
Its very grearly located but everything you have to pay wifi storage of luggage. And you have to leave your key at the reception ro find tour room opened when you come back for "the clean up" but in reality we will never know...
the only positive thing is that the Hotel is near Victoria and very close to the tube Pimlico...
I couldn't believe they charge that price for this type of room, small for two people (and I fear they sell this room as a triple too, since there was a double bed and a single bed), very small bathroom, I've been given towels at check-in,only 2, one each, I had to ask extra towels in the next days, towels worn out, and stained, I even considered to go out an buy some! bathroom very poorly cleaned, no mirror (I guess it has been removed and not replaced, since there still were the hangers on the wall over the sink). Room too small, not enough room for suitcases and no space for clothes, no drawers, only one small open column (can't give it a different name, it wasn't a wardrobe for sure..) with only three hangers. I guess people don't stay long, unfortunately I have paid a non-refundable price for 4 days. Don't mind not having soap and other courtesy kit items, since I always travel with my stuff, but there weren't any.
Unfriendly staff, dirty and damp rooms, hotel had a generally unwelcoming ambience, thin walls providing low sound proofing. Poor breakfast
The localization is the better thing, because is near de underground ("tube) and in central area. But is the only thing that's good in this accommodation.
- Too much noise during the night in the reception (they give a room beside the reception; - they have wi-fi but its not free, if u ask for de password they will charge you 5pounds (aproxematelly 7 euros); - they doesn't have towels in the wc of your room, you have to request for the towels. stays 3 nights and one night when we come back to te hotel we doesn't have anymore the towels in the room and the request another towels and the guy tells us they are waiting for new towels from the laundry, next morning they continue waiting.... - the room is dirty, and we request for service room and the room stays equal! - So, if you can, stay in another accomodation, your holidays will be better, i'm sure .
NEAR VICTORIA STATION SO EASY FOR EVERYTHING
ROOM WAS BELOW STANDARD EVEN IF IS A LOW PRICE, CRACKED TILES IN BATHROOM NO WHERE TO PUT ANYTHING IN SHOWER, NO TOILET ROLL HOLDER , MUST OF HAD MAIN ROOM WINDOW PUT IN AND NOT FINISHED OF ,CURTAINS HAD EXPANDING FOAM ON THEM SO BEEN BETTER TO TAKE DOWN WHEN PUTTING WINDOW IN, COULD DO WITH TOTAL REFIX, AND I THERE WAS FOOD NEVER TRIED AS RATED ON STATE OF ROOM, COLD ROOM COUND'NT GET HEAT, BEDS NEVER MOVED MUCH AND NEEDS TO CLEAN EDGES OF BATHROOM FLLOR WITH BRUSH AND CLEANER
the staff were extremley friendly and made the experience better, they made the visit relaxed, enjoyed the coffee facilities
the bathroom needs updating to prevent the bathroom floor becoming soaking when using the shower, maybe a bathmat and new shower curtain
Everything, the location was ok dependant on what you were looking to do.
