Excellent heating, clean bed sheets, centrally located. Understanding staff.
There were no towels or mirror in the bathroom. The toilet was partially working (defect cistern). Not quite the breakfast one could wish for. Plan to eat elsewhere.
The location was amazing, I saved much money because is very near from the main attractions.
The wiffi doesn't work in the thrid floor.
Very friendly staff, really nice to me as I was by myself. Very helpful. Extremely convenient for main London area
Staff were reasonably friendly, the room was spacious with large private bathroom, the beds were quite comfortable.
The receptionist could have been a little kinder.
The wifi need to pay £5/day. And the room was dirty. The kettle was smelly!! I think more than one month didn't wash!!!!
Location, staff. They let me into the room early at 11.00 am. Friendly and helpful
No side light by the bed, no internet upstairs and no remote for the TV. NO bath matt.
Great location. All we wanted was somewhere to stay so we could have a night out in London. Easy to get back on the night bus.
The 10:30am check out after getting in at 2am!
They didn't have a lift, it was very hard to carry the pushchair up to the second level with a narrow stairway
The room is very very very small and the facilities are really bad! There are three girls of us and in the room there is only two electric socket how can we use them?! We have 3 mobile phones and cameras and many other electric things. When we asked the staff for a electric expansion, he said they don't have one. OMG! And as for the 3.5 pounds breakfast, they only have bread, milk and orange. It doesn't deserve it!!! Everything is soooooooo bad!
that hotel is stick of this carpet and i wont give 20 euros on this rooms
he need a big renovation
room to small and cramped
The staff very friendly would recommend to other to stay here. Great location to main areas of London. Value for money, but did hear reception telling someone that it was £15 per night and we paid more.
No windows in our room or any you could see out of. But nothing major, for what we paid and how long we stayed in the room it was good value.
great location; warm, clean, comfortable room
Staff very friendly
I was in a single room which was very small luckily I am a small build of a person if one was on the large size you would have problems
Position and adequate for our needs for one night
I've cold shower!
No lift services. Very good excercise for luggage transportation from G/F to 4/F.
Where to start: - My company pays for hotels over the phone everywhere, but not when a hotel are trying to fool the card company for cheap rates and are processing hotel stays as mail order items (thus, not able to process phone payment without full photocopy of both sides of the company credit card and written authorisation on header paper - would have been handy to state this before hand) - Although they said they would happily charge the credit card with no authorisation if I walked out! - Cleanliness (0) - There was an old half full coffee cup going up the stairs, a toilet plunger and unless your into that games where you spot other random items around the building you'll probably have a sense of humor failure. - The rooms are designed for you and your entire extended family, if you want just a double room then look else where, after the hours waiting for phone payment to 'be okay' and refusing the basement 8-10 person damp/dark room myself and colleague were shown to our rooms. Mine was a double wedged in with 2 singles and a small shower and sink, walls of differing colours and various laid down segments of carpets which in fairness did cover the floor and I didn't dare to lift/move any of them to see what was underneath. The sheets were not clean and ultimately we were in no mood to move hotels etc by this point so I put the sheet on the floor and slept in my clothes... Woken up at 5am by the paper thin walls and movements of other guest and someone hoovering I got up, braved the shower and left.... Having served in Afghanistan with the military and some other horrible places, given the choice I would return to any one of then before returning to this hotel...
Location wasn't bad if you don't mind walking a bit. The staff was very friendly and available if you need something.
The rooms were very cramped and the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned. You also had to ask for towels.
Location was ok - 5 min walk from Victoria Station, next to subway. Also guy from reception really nice and helpful
bathroom conditions were very poor - no ventilation, stucking pipes...
Just the location
Not recomended at all. On the first night they put us on other hotel, without warning. The conditions were very very poor...i can't find nothing good...just the location
perfect location for tourists, friendly and helpful staff
The room itself was not very warm and welcoming, it had a small bathroom which was clean but not well maintained- paint coming off, looked old and tired. Staying in the the room made me feel like I was living in a cheap motel. It was the staff and the location which made us stay!
i like its great location. it is very near to Pimlico subway which can lead you to St Pancras International in 15 minutes. very quiet neighbourhood. The street market is just behind the hotel. Of course, i cant complain about much as it is a cheap hotel compare to the hotels nearby.
I don't like the policy of not on the heater as I was told it is centralised n can only be on at certain time. However, after making the complain, the staff let me had a portable heater, so very grateful in the end.
Bed was clean and comfortable, Hotel was situated convenient for West End and the sights
Room was very small nowhere to sit, no lounge area in the hotel. Bathroom was damp and mould was on some of the tiles and ceiling
It was cheap for London £50/night
I did not trust the staff. It seems like a couple of guys just decided to buy and run a hotel. So when one of the guys comes to clean the rooms I dont trust the work he does. They do not have any real staff. Also the patio is shared with a neighbouring room, but the patio door does not have a lock. Your neighbour can come right into your room if they wanted to. Everything in the hotel was dingy and run down. I would never stay here again. Also the East Indian people who work the reception can be racist. They seemed particularly inquisitive about where I am from. I am from Canada. My parents are from Hong Kong. The guy who checked us in literally said "ching chong" saying I looked chinese when I told him I was from Canada.
