We got upgraded to cordia apartments. Brilliant apartment to stay in, posh, facing over the city. Patio door was damaged though and caused noise at night with doors as the wind blew in. Noises due to patio doors |

Staff were friendly, access to internet was great. Although room looked shabby it was warm and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but no menu and choice was limited, for instance no toast and marmalade. No tea making facilities in the room, bathroom did not seem clean (mould in shower) and plug in sink was broken. Hotel was shabby and did not meet description on internet. |

The T.V lounge but even then you felt like you were not suposed to be in there, and the sausages were pretty nice. The staff did not once crack a smile, they made you feel uncomfortable and were not very approachable or helpful in any way! the eggs were uncooked - do not eat the eggs! |

It's location was in a pleasant area close to the city and Queen's which is what I was looking for. The staff were helpful when questioned. There was a smell arising I think from dampness near the doorway of my room. The doors were very run down although secure. |

Within walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was ok, free wifi was good. Dirty bathroom, room door wasn't that secure. |

The value for money, nice pleasant room with comfortable beds, the off street parking, the safe area(important when visiting Belfast with a southern reg. car!) Polite but somewhat unprofessional staff, breakfast on small side( cold egg, cheap-tasting beans [how does one get beans wrong?]), no tea-making facilities in room, Malone Rd is quite noisy in the morning if you happen to get a room that side, shower dirty and needs grouting and there was no shower door, weak water flow from shower, warm water in sink but not hot enough for a shave, even the tv had only the 4 basic terrestrial channels! |

It was well priced and within walking distance of the City Many things did not work (eg bedroom light, TV remote) - no tea/coffee making facilities - staffed by what seemed to be Asian students creating language difficulties |

Our room was fantastic. There were 3 of us staying, the bed was big enough for all of us (2 adults and a 2 year old); the en-suite was large also. There was a choice for breakfast and you could ask for what you wanted. |

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in our room was clean, but the shower curtain was disgusting. You should bleach it or get a new one. (How much can that cost). Gives very bad impression of room. Also, the breakfast was good but very slim, the least generous of all the hotels and B and Bs we stayed in in Ireland. |

The mattress appeared to be new and the bedding was immaculate. It was on a bus route to the city centre. No tea-making facilities in the room, no glass to have a drink of water or rinse your teeth, lighting could have been brighter, the television was foggy, no hairdryer (I had to ask for one), breakfast was not really a 'full Irish' and was served on a cold plate. The sausage was grim! The staff appeared to be S Asian and had a limited command of English. They did their best, but communication was difficult and there was some mutual incomprehension, |

Was only a short walk from the Queen's University and its Botanic Garden. Spacious room and no noise from any other guests. We had no warm water (not even lukewarm) and had to shower with ice-cold water in the morning. The staff could work on their charm and breakfast was a bit plain. Compared to other hostels and B&Bs this was a disappointment. |

It was well located and the beds proved comfortable. One concierge, Robbie, was nicer than the other (we interacted with two total). We were under the impression when booking, that the room would sleep 4 (two double beds as advertised) but ended up having to take another room as two people were extra expense once arriving. It ended up costing an additional 130 USD when all was said and done. |

beds great, rooms clean - hotel basic but ok for needs except for cold showers The hot water was put on when we checked in so can understand having to wait for it to heat up - waited 45mins and was only luke warm but had to make do as we were going out for restaurant booking. My annoyance was that there was no warm water for a morning shower or even to wash our faces. |
