Good location, bus stop near and only about 10 minutes to town centre on a 'pink bus'. We got £2.80 tickets which were valid all day. Tesco next door. Apartment was spacious, clean with everything we needed. 4 adults stayed and cost was cheaper than hotel and with better facilities. Pleasant view and quiet. We had only 2 towels on arrival but 2 more were produced on request. Polite staff. |

Staff, inparticular Gil, were extremely helpful and friendly, had a very early morining flight and were not expecting to get into our room until 4.00pm but let us in to our apratment at 9.00am as it was available. Fantastic! One and only good thing about Belfast. |

The staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean, well decorated and pleasant. There is a Tesco right next door so if you do need any bits and pieces its easy - although the management appear to have taken on board previous comments and there was dish washing liquid, pots and pans etc. If there was anything missing, they were more than happy to get it for us. The internal apartment doors shut heavily and constantly and there are no doorstops to keep them open - a very small thing, but kind of annoying. You aren't able to open the door onto the balcony, so there is no outside space to enjoy. |

It was like a medical centre, with windows looking into the centre of the common hallway. Rooms were not clean. |

Great location, nice spacious appartment with great views & good security. An pull out bed in the study (or futon), or 2 singles instead of one double, to provide an additional sleeping would have been preferable to 2 doubles. We only stayed 2 days, and still needed to purchase washing up liquid in bulk. Having some small supplies of detergent & other cleaning supplies/basics - would have been advantageous |

the space for the 3 of us. We were able to entertain friends in a living rather than in a hotel bedroom. the kitchen could of been stocked better. No frying pan, measuring cups. |

Management "upgraded" us to apartment with promised fascilities (view, en-suite). "New" apartment still lacked "essentials required for an evening snack", but otherwise mostly good. "New" apartment had dirty towel, floor not vacuumed under couch, lounge rug filthy, plus only 1/2 number of towels needed for apartment size. No washing-up liquid/brush/cloth/tea towel; dishes too big for dishwasher. Various construction defects. No major impact on our stay. |

All was just perfect. The rooms are exactly as they are on the website. Claen and quite.Just remember to bring essentials, even salt.. Yes. We could have done with a change of towels and beddings. Maybe we could have asked!!!! |

the apartment was excellent quite new and well presented the welcome pack consisted of 3 pats of butter and 2 small pots of jam hardly worth the bother! the apartments are right next door to a supermarket so food is readily available however anyone arrriving at night would not be able top make a snack as described in the apartment information, the welcome pack is a downright lie. |

The apartments were clean and modern. They were very safe and private. The overall look of the interior was beautiful. We shall be returning at some point in the near future. |
