Cordia Serviced Apartments  

Great location, both for getting into Belfast and out into the surrounding area. Convenient underground parking and responsive staff.

Kitchen equipment was a little random, e.g. one tiny pan and one huge pan, with nothing inbetween. However items were produced very quickly when we asked at reception, e.g. TV remote batteries, can opener. Second bedroom had double bed, not twin - fine for our young children, but would have been unsuitable if they were older.

I loved how for the money we had our own rooms, own kitchen and even a living room. Also it was a short trip from the city center. It was really worth the money, and I would stay their again. I also like how you's have your own privet parking so I knew my car was safe for the duration of my stay.

No over all really good place to stay. One thing that did get to me was that on arrival w had to give an extra 100 pounds, apprently this is stated on before you book online. It dose not no say any were that you have to pay an extra £100. This should be stated more clearly on the website, i was slightly anoied when I had to pay this amount of money but nown this now I would deffinatly still stay again.

Had a great stay at Cordia could not fault it at all. Is located within easy distance to the city centre either drive or get taxi for £5. Staff were great could not help you enough. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean with everything you could need, anything you didn't have all you had to do was ask reception was no problem. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

I stayed in the apartments for 1 night. I thought the staff and clean of rooms wer brilliant, though I was sleeping and went to get up and the headboard that was screwed onto the wall fell on top of my head but that wasn't a bother. Jus for future reference Thanks

We got two apartments for all 7 people. Great value. Good clean facilities. Close to amenities and city centre directly. Great sevice from the staff team there.

Some parts of the rooms needed fixing. Cracks in places that need addressing.

Clean and Modern

There was no hot water in apartment, however when I spoke to reception they sorted out problem straight away

This apartment was perfect for myself an 3 friends who were in Belfast for a concert. It was brilliant value for money. Everything we needed was included! Would recommend it for groups of friends, families and couples! Will definately be booking again!! :)

The Apartments were really lovely. just looked the exact same as in the pictures. Very spacious and really clean and comfortable to stay in. Was right next to Tesco's and take aways as well which was great. Will definately be going back.

The only bad thing i would say is where it is. we found it quite hard to find and ended up following a bus to get there after driving round for an hour! although i think if you knew your way about you would find it no problems.
