We liked the value for money the secure parking. It was a convenient location and only 5£ taxi ride to city centre The apatment had a welcome pack and nice rooms and all kitchen supplies. We found it difficult to park and find the front doorso we could get card in order to get into the apartment car park |

The location is convenient for buses into the city. There is a Tesco supermarket right next door and several takeway / restaurants nearby. The apartments were clean and modern and the private parking is very handy. I was charged 3.5% on my credit card because reception asked me if I wanted the receipt in euros or pounds. I said pounds but he gave it to me in euros anyway. I was charged nearly 10 euros extra for no earthly reason at all. This alone soured an otherwise pleasant experience. I did not appreciate the exorbitant charges for wi-fi access. |

Location was great, free and secure parking - big bonus. We were allowerd to be checked in earlier than what is stated on the website which was great! There were cereals, tea & coffee which I didnt expect, and it was the comfort of feeling at home while away. With the small child I couldnt do better than this. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to any family with young children. The window was not closing properly, as a result it was very noisy in the bedroom (with the passing cars) and a litte drafty in the leaving room. The lamp was broken.Otherwise excellent |

good apartments on the lisburn road right beside tescos if you want to buy supplys.well run apartments with good security and car parking under the apartments with lift straight up to your floor.well laid out and what you see in the pictures is what you get as all apartments are the same.will be back. the apartments were good but had a bit of wear and tear the walls would need repainted and the second bedroom was a bit small but well appointed. |

Beds too small. Not suitable for mixed family with the present format. 2 small double beds only. No single option and no rollaway. Reception like entering hostel facility. |

your stay was like home from home was great coming and going as you please and the peace and quiet was great even as it was the weekend we stayed not a noise in site it was a pleasure to have stayed and we would recommmend cordia apartments to everyone you dont release what a bargain your getting in the city so ditch the hotels and check this place out you will not want to miss out on a bargain here we were unable to open the sliding door in living room part of the room the reason we would have like to open it was the room got very stuffy as the nite went on and their was no air conidition that we seen of in the room so we felt very closed in but this minor little thing would not stop us from coming back at all |

Location and facilities were excellent. Really good vale for money. Didn't like the fact we couldn't check in until 4pm, also we had to check out at 11 am! And we were literally taken out of our rooms at 11am.... |

These apartments are great - excellent value for money. I have paid the same price for a moudly b&b elsewhere in Ireland. It's close enough into town (about a 30 minute walk) but the bus goes right past the building. The doors are a bit annoying - they are very heavy and slam shut. A couple of door stops would be all that's needed to make this place perfect. |
