Lekker compleet appartement. Mooi uitzicht vanuit kamer 7.

Het enige wat ik aan negatiefs kan verzinnen dat het ietsjes verder uit het centrum ligt.

Het was een prima verzorgd en erg ruim appartement met een mooi uitzicht op de heuvels van Belfast.

Als ik hier iets zou moeten noemen: het ontbreken van een koffiezetapparaat. Maar echt een ramp was dat niet.

sofa bed had no duvet. Duvet was charged at €20. Not enough towels. Had to pay extra money for more towels.

The overal apartment was excellent and we were able to relax properly as if we were at home.

Very helpful staff, especially Gill and the chap from India whose name I didn't get. Spacious clean apartment with well stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated, view of city.

One of the showers didn't have hot water (but the other one was fine). The staff did try to sort it while we were there, but we were there such a short time. They offered to move us to a different apartment, but we decided to stay where we were as the other shower was fine. Quite noisy when trying to sleep as the apartment was at the front of the building on a busy road, although there was double glazing, I'm just used to no traffic. Would ask for an apartment on the other side next time.

The friendly welcome and very good location, also money refunded without hesitation when we had to cut trip short, well done cordia, will definitely be back.

Bigger bed maybe and of course nothing open Easter Sunday which is no no for any more visits at Easter!

Good location, fantastic view over Belfast to the surrounding hills. The en-suite bedroom and kitchen/diner area were very good. Reception staff went out of their way to help my Dad

The second bedroom was very small, only just squeezing in a double bed which prevented the wardrobe from opening properly and left very little floor space. I would strongly suggest changing the furniture in this room to maximise floor space. Also plumbing not too brilliant

Location,size of the apartment. Free secure parking.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner.(skirting boards were dusty) The ensuite had a slight odour.

Easy to accommodate a group of 12 women, ideal venue for all parts of Belfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, excellent value.

Did not find the apartment 100% clean, bed side tables were dusty and ledges by window dirty. One room had beer bottle behind the curtain and some of the dishes were still dirty that were obviously in the cupboard for a while. Also we had no hot water or heating but this was instantly rectified. Bedrooms were small and everywhere was a bit sparse. Apart from all that I would return and I would recommend to others

The flats were modern and very clean

I was asked to pay £20 for a quilt and sheet which was required as our group of friends consisted of 3 females and 1 male. This is way too excesive as I could and probably should have purchased a quilt in tesco next door for £7. we had aready paid £20 for later check out so thought this fee could have been waved. At over £100 a night you dont expect ryanasir type policies.

Place was spotless... Friendly... Welcoming Only problem was front door entrance was hard to find while driving on busy street

I loved the space we had compared to staying in a hotel.

Excellent location, Very close to amenities, Value for money, Try once will go again. 24 hrs free parking and wi fi. Good for short or long trip.

Room Layout, Location

Extra charge for sofa bed - deferred to policy cost, should've been stated next to room price. In addition, the sofa bed was dirty, unclean with stains all over. Plus lack of concern from staff to rectify the problem or provide a reasonable solution.

Perfect in all regards. Chain hotel quality and price, plus the added advantage of a large living room and kitchen. Modern and clean. Manager was most helpful and pleasant. Easy access to motorway for airport. Fully recommend!

The apartment was so much more then Wat we expected for the price we paid. We had every facility we could need. Will deffo stay again
