Staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. Problems (very few and very minor) were taken care of immediately. Additional items that we needed (e.g., kitchen utensils, clothes hangers) were provided quickly.

For a long stay, kitchen was inadequately appointed. Appliances were fine, but there were no serving bowls or utensils. Staff provided additional utensils when we asked, but basic materials should be part of the package. This was a minor issue, and I assume that more would have been provided had we asked.

Close to city centre. Plenty of room for 4 people, you had your own bedroom space. Home from Home. Right next door to Teco's for the basic essentials.

I had to ask for a few items that were missing. There was a mix up with Check out times, and the people that stayed in the apartment before us had broken the door and it had yet to be fixed, so we couldnt open the door to allow fresh air to circulate in the living area.

The apartments were very clean and well looked after, as well as being spacious. It was great to be able to relax in the sitting room in the evening, something you couldn't do in a hotel. Also, there was a bus stop very close to the apartment, and a Tesco next door. It was a 25 minute easy walk into town.

Beautiful views & pretty decor.

The heat was broken for the first 48 hours of the stay. The "snack pack" as advertised was not adequate. It was difficult to figure out how to use the washing machine. Housekeeping only came once and did not clean every room.

I liked the convenience to the shops and bus stop and the spacious apartments

On arrival Iwas asked by reception staff what price I was quoted I did not like the fact there were different rates

The location especially to City Airport, the close proximity to shopping areas and particularly the accomodation, the staff and the standard of the accomodation. Having a hired vehicle it was excellent that the accomodation provided secure internal parking.

Appartment location and security from a parking perspective

Needs to be cleaned ie thoroughly and also maintained as it will go downhill quickly if not

location was good 1.4m to city an easy walk but regular bus close, apartments clean and nice , good staff , tesco next door , lots of restuarants + small shops near by , location quiet from 4th floor ,secure parking a bonus , free wifi , 32inch flat screen tv.

just about enough kitchen utensils ,small welcome pack , no information booklet about services or entertainment in area.

The freedom and space to eat, drink and relax in front of the tv.

We stayed for one night. Buses stopped outside which was great to get into the city centre.

The only thing we did not like was that we could not open the patio doors leading to the terrace to get some fresh air.
