Me, my partner and dog arrived here on the weekend of the 12th and were warmly welcomed by Paul We were then showed to our room.
The room was very spacious and done the three of us just fine. When we unpacked I realised I had forgotten our dogs food bowl, I decided Id try and see if I could try get a paper bowl for him Paul really went out of his way to get us a Dog bowl which was much appreciated.
Bar is brilliant even though we didn't actually use it , I have been to places where items sold were a can of beer sold out a mini fridge, not here! The corona's bar is a fully licensed bar with both bottled and draught ales of your popular brands.
The little chill out/relaxing room was a lovely spanish hotel feel to it supplied comfy seats and even a pool table.
Breakfast was perfect, a choice of a buffet style cereal bar complete with fruit, orange and apple juice. What we had for our breakfast was a full english which included Sausage, Bacon, Eggs, Hash browns, Mushrooms, Beans and Tomatoes all complete with Toast and tea or coffee. The waiter and waitress were lovely they couldn't be more friendly, well done guys!
Theres internet made available to guests next to the reception even though we never needed to use it but its there.
Hotel is a short 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop which if you are staying a weekend an unlimited stop 3day pass is £10.50 or for an unlimited stop 1 day pass is £4.50. You can even take dogs on the tram for a small fee of 40p.
We will defo be back to The Corona again! All in all it was a top weekend!
