There is no "atmosphere" at this hotel. Very unhelpful breakfast staff..with "attitude". |

The hotels executive room was very nice and clean. It had good tea and coffee facilities and if i had remembered there was a spa i would definately have booked myself in. The room was very hot when we got in this was soon fixed as an engineer was already checking the units. |

Great location, feeling of being in the countryside although slough town centre less than a mile away, good dining facilities, relaxing, staff helpful I was in a room facing west, it was a very hot day and the room was uncomfortably warm - sweating when just sitting. Air conditioner seemed to have no effect whatsoever |

It is a lovely building in nice surroundings. Very accessable from London and the the staff were friendly and efficient. I did not think the room deserved a 4* rating. It was small and the double bed wasn't big enough. For £140, I would at least expect breakfast to be included. Overall, I didn't consider this to be good value. |

We had an excellent meal at the hotel restaurant - expensive but well worth the money - We thought the grounds were lovely - beautifully manicured lawns - reminded me of a posh country club in Kenya Faulty light fitting in our room - The room was also smaller than we expected for the £119.00 price. It was also rather hot, even though the radiators were switch off. - There was a little bit of aircraft noise but not too bad |

The bath Service was very, very poor - there was no staff to assist and no staff on the bar. Sat morning, a wedding at the hotel - sunny weather, people outside on the grass ordering drinks from 1 waiter who is also the barman - come on - Breakfast both mornings - staff all over 2 separate rooms for special breakfasts for the wedding parties but for everyone else just 1 girl who could not cope |

Nice location and grounds. Poor ventilation - uncomfortably hot, dingy lighting, shower completely useless - slowed to a dribble within minutes. Room service meal poor quality. Toilet lid would not stay up. Wardrobe had doors missing. TV small and poor quality. Decor in room drab (net curtains in this century!). Vastly overpriced for quality of room. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. |
