Lack of staff and service at breakfast time. Usually stay at charing cross a poor substitute! Chosen for convenience, would rather stay in edinburgh, and travel!
The location is good. Near the station and city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Our room cost £68 and our friend paid £35 and his room was far superior to ours! Breakfast not very good for the price.
good location, not in the noisy centre but very close to shops, restaurants etc. good sized room, very clean, comfy bed and helpful staff.
The staff were friendly and reliable. Room clean and comfortable
Room 401. There was a continually annoying noise within the room. Kept me awake all night. In the morning I found out that there are large industrial vent fans on a low roof adjoined to the hotel.. The noise and vibrations radiated into my room through the walls. So even with earplugs it made no diffirence. Full refund was given. No questions asked
....the arrangement you have for parking would not work when checking out of the car park
I booked to stay here with my girlfriend for two night for new year its in a good location amd the security is good.
was very noisy regardless of it being new year beds were not comfortable, room had A pee smell to it. Staff at desk were not very friendly had to ask for a hairdryer them chamge it 4 times due to it sparking out.
Our stay at the premier inn was excellent staff was great and the room was clean and the bed was comfy :) the staff were very helpful and friendly definitely be back to stay in this hotel :)
Not much. The girl at the front desk (a trainee) was a trier, but was completely unaided.
Keys wouldn't work on check in Costa cafe was closed Breakfast closed at 10.30 on a bank holiday and was refused despite my arriving at 10.35am The paid internet was absolutely appalling. Worse than the free service at the IBIS TV was outdated and wouldn't get all the channels. No power points by the bed , but 3 on the desk???
great hotel staff really friendly and nice, stayed for 4 nights to see Biffy Clyro in concert at Barrowland awesome.Would definately stay here again.
nothing to dislike
Not far to walk from shops, local tesco and wetherspoons across the road was very handy. Room was an OK size for a short stay.
Booked a twin room but was given a double. They had given out all the twins before 2pm check in. No apology or explanation, only found out when we got to the room. Also couldn't figure out how to turn down the heating as it was a bit too warm.
The pillows were soft
Bog basic hotel. Water taps in sink and shower with no pressure. 30 minutes free wifi £3.00 after that. A walk along corridor for Ironing board also ask at desk for hair dryer. Nothing in the room for you to use at your will. A basic hotel to stay out of the cold. Never again in this hotel.
paying for wifi
Hotel fairly central and room was excellent for price paid
Lack of drawers for clothes in the room
excellent staff and services
we liked everything over there
The bed was comfortable
The maid left our door open and unlocked whilst we were out. After raising the issue the staff after thinking our christmas presents had been robbed, they were defensive over it and then attitude other staff members were 'my shift finished so youll have to wait' We had to ask for a hairdryer, and for towels. Complained about it to head office and they haven't done anything. Never staying in a premier inn again.
Comfortable beds and warm room, Quiet, despite being the weekend before Christmas.
Slightly disappointed that the breakfast was very British as opposed to Scottish- no black pudding or lorne sausage.
been here before, perfect location & friendly staff.the breakfast for £8-75 was delish.
the noise when you flushed the toilet was irritating,we were kept awake both nights with the noise from other rooms. we did complain but it fell on deaf ears.
The comfort of the rooms especially the pillows on the bed the Hotel as a whole was good to all the staff we delt with were friendly and helpful to
The hotel meet all my needs. Staff friendly, rooms clean and warm. Only a two minute walk from central station and 5 minutes from George square! For all you Costa coffee lovers, there is cafe on the ground floor of the hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Clean and comfortable
View from window was the air vents etc for the hotel. Over-priced for a basic clean room.
location is good, close to Glasgow Central station.
what a pitty, hotel gives 30 min internet connect foc but charge after that.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Comfort and warmth of room.
Vending machine took my money but did not deliver the goods.
No free wifi
