Room was very clean and on arrival the reception staff were both cheerful and helpful

The room was quite small with very little hanging space. The water pressure to the shower was very low

Accommodation and meals to a good standard.

Location is not the best. Close enough to Central Station but that area feels a bit off the beaten track at night

The location was fantastic. Costa coffee at the ground floor was wonderful.

Internet had to be paid for. In addition, only two devices could be connected without a chance to replace anyone

Spacious, clean room and bathroom; 5 minutes walk from Glasgow central station; 15 minutes from Glasgow Queen Street station, 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area.

Poor breakfast - it does not worth paying extra for it. Some slippers would have been nice.

The staff made you feel welcome and the hotel was very clean and comfortable

The breakfast was over cooked it seemed as if the staff weren't prepared for most people getting up after 9:00

We liked the location. The breakfast was very good and ample. We were glad that we were on the backside of the hotel as it was quiet

Don't get a room on the Prince Street side as it is very noisy. The views of Edinburg Castle aren't worth it

Friendly Staff. Convenience for shops. Coffee Shop. Restaurant Staff very friendly.

Room was slightly small and bathroom could have done with a bit of an airing/general overhaul - bit damp smelling.

Don't like that this review does not allow me to state that I was travelling with my sister - therefore none of the options in question 1 really applies!!!

    Friendly, helpful staff. Good food

Points Card for each Branch. I have a Table Table Card but not all Premier Inn Hotels that I use have a Table Table Restaurant. Would prefer 1 Whitbread Group Card to use at any Group Restaurant.
