The location of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and the breakfasts were hot and good. Parking was nearby but forgot to ask whether there was discount. |

Good central location but equally close to M8/M77 for access to other parts of Scotland. Breakfast up to 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends meant we didn't have to worry about getting up too early. Loads of food on serve yourself breakfast. Bar closed before advertised time on our second night there. |

Location The staff were hard to understand, as their english was poor. This accounted for many issues whilst trying to check in! The room was also rather noisy and not well ventilated. There were 2 people booked into the room and only 1 set of towels. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; first class restaurant meant we didn't have to search for restaurants elsewhere; food and wine reasonably priced; general ambience of comfort, hospitality and relaxation; Premier Inns will always be our first choice when we require hotel accommodation |

Smooth check in, helpful staff. Everything in the room worked as it should, the facilities were fine and the breakfast offered a good selection to suit most tastes. Bathroom smelled slightly stale as if someone had been smoking in there. Not enough shelves near sink in bathroom. Lobby could have been more comfortable for people waiting for me downstairs. |
