Friendly reception staff, location, big comfy bed
Bed was just ok, I'm not a fan of a huge double that's joined with a big zip down the middle! Mattress a bit too hard, not really the best night sleep you'll ever have or whatever the ad is. Noisy location, not sure if it was the windows or just the air vent that was letting the noise in, but quite hard to get to sleep, then woken with outside noise. We did get some sleep so not too bad.
Friendly Helpful Staff Especially the girl at breakfast & only charged my wife for a light breakfast as she noticed she didn't eat much. Breakfast, lots of choice & good value for money. Checkout not to 12 which was brilliant! Plus our case was stored for us as our flight home wasn't to a lot later. Also accommodated us on check in as we were early, found us a room within minutes.
Very friendly staff, always there for a chat. Excellent breakfast. Located near Central Station and the banks of Clyde.
Room faced the traffic and street a bit grimey.
Clean, comfy, cosy and friendly.
Room was next to lift which I heard constantly as fir doors banging constantly think premier inn could maybe invest in a something to stop doors slamming. Beds wernt as comfortable as advertised which did spoil our stay a bit as was tired in the morning.
Staff were really nice and smart. Not so helpful with directions for the tour bus although it goes right past the hotel and the hotel is even mentioned on the leaflet. Overall nice clean place and bar area is lovely. Would stay again.
had a nice time. hopefully be back sometime
Mattress very hard so didn't have the best sleep. Ok for one night.
Handy for the Hydro and parking just a short walk away.

Location was good
Had to book 3 rooms due to not having a family rooms. With a daughter and twin boys were required to book 3 rooms! In the end the kids all stayed in 1 room and the other room was'nt used though paid!
Rooms were clean and comfy.
QUITE PETTY BUT NO POTATO SCONES AT BREAKFAST IN A SCOTISH HOTEL1
THE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.
Wifi was a bit poor
Hotel was warm once the easy to use heter was turned on. Had a good nights sleep bed was comfortable although it was two singles held together. Room was a good size and was pleased to see there was a bath to relax in.
Basic functional rooms, uninspiring decor
Location close to station and city centre
The Mattress was clearly old and extremely hard. The Restaurant food was at best mediocre. The morning receptionist was quite combative and harsh when I I complained about the bed and lack of sleep.
The location was very convenient. The Manager was extremely helpful when I complained about the bed and lack of sleep.
Room on 7th(top floor) was situated next to the hydraulic mechanism for the lifts, which generated a clunking noise every few minutes.
Comfort & size of bed.
Bed was quite hard. Bit noisy at times but that's just down to a few who don't consider others. Breakfast is pricey especially when there's a wetherspoons 2 mins walk away who do breakfast for a fraction of the price.
Helpful staff. Room was small but comfortable enough. Good central location for reasonable price.
Location, Staff, Food
Bar was good , room was nice and quite
Hotel central, very clean , very comfortable
At how much booking.com were going to charge for me changing my room
How helpful the staff were at the hotel
Everything!!! The staff were polite, helpful & very courteous
waited for eggs to be made and veggie sausages, they came 10 mins apart therefore egg was cold, waiting for beans to be refilled took a further 5 mins, hence a very cold coked breakfast, the road was very noisy with people and traffic, additional double glazing would be a benefit
nice room, nice shower
Staff were helpful and friendly Rooms were clean and spacious Beds were comfy Breakfast was excellent
