The hotel meet all my needs. Staff friendly, rooms clean and warm. Only a two minute walk from central station and 5 minutes from George square! For all you Costa coffee lovers, there is cafe on the ground floor of the hotel.

View from window was the air vents etc for the hotel. Over-priced for a basic clean room.

Location is great and bed very comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful and greeted us with a smile. Staff were interested is what we were doing in Glasgow for the weekend and were very tentative Would recommend without hesitation

Can be quite cramped in twin room, depends on how much kit you have between you... We were there for one night, and both of us had a single small cabin case each...
Very clean.great area.
Quiet time doesn't exist. As splashed everywhere, quiet time from 10-7 is non existent. Guests noisy. Had a room with internal door, noise was ridiculous, complained but wasn't sorted. Great for drinkers but def not for families.
Lift Security Was A Big Plus. Room Security Also. The Bed Was The Comfiest That I Have Ever Slept In. Over All We Had A Most Enjoyable Stay. Will Use Again.......
The staff were lovely on the desk they even phoned a taxi for me. Breakfast was so good. Bed was comfortable. Bath & shower great. Costa joined on perfect.
It was a bit further from the gig I was going 2 at the Barrowlands than I thought but that was my fault.
Lifts take ages to move. No Quorn sausages at breakfast readily available - Told would have to wait 10 min
Friendly and attentive staff Good breakfast Nice bed and pillows. Spacious room.
View was pretty terrible, directly across from another building so hardly any natural light, my room was positioned near the lift, so I could hear it going up and down sometimes. Long waiting times to check in, also when I booked on Booking.com it was stated that my check in was at 12, when I got on site at 13:15, I was informed that I would need to wait until 14:00 for a room to be available.

Excellent, friendly staff.
Location on very busy road made it difficult to sleep at night - more soundproofing/insulation required in windows.
