Food was good saff pleasant helpful
Very noisy did not get much sleep
more tea n coffee in room .
Plentiful breakfast Near train stations which we needed
Didn't seem to be in the nicest area of central Glasgow but was adequate for our needs
Comfy bed, pleasant staff with ability to keep the room cool as well as heating. Everything you could need for a short stay. Lots of mirrors, lights and sockets.
bathroom extractor not good so got very steamy. Could the tea/coffee facilities be on a tray to prevent spillages on the dressing table? Minor issues to be fair.
Getting told we couldn't pay cash without a passport ( we live an hour away we didn't take them ) apparently it's their policy which we were not made aware of! Room next to stairs door banged all morning told staff they weren't interested.
Room was small but comfortable
Shower was temperamental.
Girls working at breakfast were great.
The accommodation is good quality and convenient for the City Centre. The breakfast is very good
Only 30 minutes Free Wifi is not enough for a business person to check and reply to emails.
Helpful staff, comfortable beds, very clean and got a good night's sleep
No soap sachet in bath/shower but nothing else I can think of
Everything about the hotel
Noisy toilet door poor flush in toilrt
Hotel clean, staff friendly, nice restaurant and bar , excellent breakfast, all good.
Older hotel, bathroom door hard to close but otherwise good value for money
The location was good
Being woken at 09.30 to clean the room although check out wasn't till 12.00 and the constant droning noise from air units in other rooms.

1200 checkout implies later checking which may not suite.

Everything was great and staff are friendly and very accommodating
People that keep us awake, but you can't blame the hotel and staff for other people being inconsiderate!
price location and cleanliness
Receptionists attitude, and noise during the night by other guests which I think was hen party.
Staff very freieldy the girls at breakfast were great and could not do enough for you.
Check in and out process toook 20 mins each time
Bar poorly attended. Restaurant breakfast too expensive at £8.25 when you can walk 500 yards to the ' Sir John Moore' Wotherspoons Bar & Restaurant and get a full breakfast for around £4 and free cups of coffee,
very friendly and helpful staff
