Lifts take ages to move. No Quorn sausages at breakfast readily available - Told would have to wait 10 min
Friendly and attentive staff Good breakfast Nice bed and pillows. Spacious room.
View was pretty terrible, directly across from another building so hardly any natural light, my room was positioned near the lift, so I could hear it going up and down sometimes. Long waiting times to check in, also when I booked on Booking.com it was stated that my check in was at 12, when I got on site at 13:15, I was informed that I would need to wait until 14:00 for a room to be available.
Location Costa in house
Tired look and feel Noisy air con

Pressure on Shower in our Room very Poor. Took a long Time to have a Proper Shower.

Do not stay here they are racist!!!!!!!
Excellent, friendly staff.
Location on very busy road made it difficult to sleep at night - more soundproofing/insulation required in windows.
The fact that the hotel is very near to Central Station plus handy for the 'Hop on Hop off' bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and all in all it was good value for money.
The surrounding area is due for a makeover which I believe is planned in the near future but at the moment it has a lot of empty properties, which is never attractive. This does not however detract from the good position of the hotel.
The reception staff were nice, helpful. The room had en suite bath. Lots of hot water.
The room needed repainted, a bit shabby, curtains needed cleaned. Was right next to the stairs, staff coming in and out of the staircase noisily and banging doors. Breakfast was average.
was within walking distance of most places of interest
the staff were a bit rude when we arrived and tried to say id booked a double room, when i had confirmation it was a twin, the room had a smell of blocked drains which was not pleasant at all. it has actually put me off staying in a premier inn again
Staff were very helpful.
Did not like the fact that two of our group members could not check in till 6 o'clock that evening! Very unacceptable. Tried to complain and was told rooms were available from 2 o'clock. If this was a couple staying on there own they would have had to stay in the lobby for over 4 hours waiting on there room to be cleaned. Was not very happy with that situation.
We liked everything about the service and the facilities We were able to leave our case and pick it up later
A fair distance to walk to the city centre
We were going to a concert at the SSE Hydro. Great location within walking distance. Would definitely use again.
location price clean tv stations pillow options mattress comfort
only 30 minute wi-fi free
Liked the welcome and efficiency from staff...great value accommodation .will return
Fast easy checking in and out. easy parking Everything i expect of a Premier Inn
Position of room too close to lifts and was noisy. Should have complained and taken you to task on Gaurantee Sleep claim. Bar could be more comfortable and was way too bright
Room was very cold, with only a tiny little heater which did nothing. Hot water took an age to come through. Other guests in the hotel were shouting until about 1am, which wasn't the hotel's fault, but didn't add to the quality at all!
My wife and I stopped over in Glasgow for the night to go to a concert at the Hydro. We found the hotel conveniently placed for our visit. It was clean ...comfortable and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our brief stay. Richard from Oldmeldrum.
The hotel is in need of updating
Near town and bus and rail stations
The bed, staff at breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
Tv too small.
Very old and noisy heating/cooling equipment.
Kirsty in the restaurant was very efficient and welcoming
Towels in bathroom placed a little to high for shorter people
