The location was good
Being woken at 09.30 to clean the room although check out wasn't till 12.00 and the constant droning noise from air units in other rooms.
location to trains clean and quiet room
1200 checkout implies later checking which may not suite.
staff very helpful room decent size bed comfortable
some traffic noise even on 4th floor looby area bare and not welcoming 1/2 hour free wifi not useful

All is OK. The hotel is very near to the city center, just 5 minuts walking for the main streeet.
Nice room at highest point in hotel. It was facing street however, and received some expected early morning bustle from traffic as a result.
Not much really other than street noise stated above, which fortunately was not too early.
Room was very clean and on arrival the reception staff were both cheerful and helpful
The room was quite small with very little hanging space. The water pressure to the shower was very low
near to central station clean friendly
would have liked more free tea and coffee plus bottle of water in the room.
Being in the centre of Glasgow with easy access to main railway stations.
There was nothing I disliked.
Accommodation and meals to a good standard.
Location is not the best. Close enough to Central Station but that area feels a bit off the beaten track at night
No hot water for shower in the morring
The location was fantastic. Costa coffee at the ground floor was wonderful.
Internet had to be paid for. In addition, only two devices could be connected without a chance to replace anyone
Spacious, clean room and bathroom; 5 minutes walk from Glasgow central station; 15 minutes from Glasgow Queen Street station, 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area.
Poor breakfast - it does not worth paying extra for it. Some slippers would have been nice.

Location was good
Could not sit on the toilet as the toilet paper holder stuck into the side of you. Bed Was very average.
Friendliness Of reception staff and all other staff .
Cannot think of anything I didn't like
Excellent service in the restaurant. Friendly staff.
We asked for a twin room, beds were simply a double bed in hooked. They moved throughout the night. Also, very expensive. £260 for two nights for two people. Didn't include breakfast.
