Das Zimmer hatte leider nur eine Temperatur von 10,5°, also doch sehr kühl !!

Air Conditioning faulty, had to manually restart @ 10min intervals.Reported on 3 occasions. Heat stiflling in room particularly on 2nd night.

the room, although small, was very pleasant. the bed was very comfortable. excellntly placed for the airport

Friendly staff

Poor room Poor Furnishings cheap bedding 4ft 6ins bed frame with 5ft mattress on. 3ft mattress under bed which was ripped. Very old TV no satalite Every thing was cheap and smacked of better days. Walls so thin I heard the shower dripping in the next room for over 4hrs the 2nd night dredfull.

A real breath of fresh air from the usual bland business hotels I stay in -homely with great food, gorgeous beds and lovely staff who could not have been more attentive. Also a great venue for a business meeting -good facilities and 5 minutes from the airport in the Etrop Grange chauffeur driven car.

Room was comfortable and clean , courtesy bus to train station is a great facility, staff friendly and helpful

Everyone made us welcome, and the refurbishment created a pleasant environment beautiful wall coverings, and furnishings throughout. We had a pleasant dining experience also.

The staff were very heplful and we would stay there again, we loved it. A driver picked us up from the airport and dropped us back when we were leaving.... We can not praise the staff enough... they were excellent *****

I have stayed at this hotel many times, I have always found the staff to be genuinely friendly & polite. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel itself is very welcoming & the bedrooms are lovely & comfortable. I love staying here and would chose it everytime.

The Staff and Service

I loved the secluded setting, and the charm of the hotel itself. It was beautiful .

I was a little upset that my teacup appeared that it hadn't been washed properly, as there was lip marks on the rim. I wished they would have used more accessories from the correct era instead of the modern contempory style that were used in our room. It contradicts the wonderful georgian exterior and reception area of the hotel. A luggage lift would be a nice addition.
