Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedooms very dingy and gloomy. No lift - had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Very 'tired' and need of decorating and modernising upstairs.

Rooms were very comfortable Breakfast was poor The food was cold and there was only white bread. You had to ask for plates, glasses and food to be replenished.

Good food, pleasant decor in public areas. Carpet in room tired, old furniture, out of keeping with the public areas of the hotel.

Lovely room very comfortable and easy access to the NEC The staff didnt seem very professional our booking was for a twin room and they had prepared a double. The bar wasnt very well stocked and didnt seem to be manned by anyone our meal orders were mixed up with someone elses and so were cold by the time we got them and service generally was very slow. Restaurant staff appeared to be very young and inexperienced.

Breakfast staff very friendly, polite and helpful. When we arrived we were told they didn't have a booking for us,(that they had us booked in for a month earlier). However when we produced our booking confirmation showing we had made a booking for that night they quickly found us a room. Luckily they weren't busy so I don't know what would have happened if they had been full.

The hotel needs updating and as the Boot Inn was a 16th Century Inn we expected it to be more oldy worldy. However, we thought the hotel room was very nice and the food was very good and we liked the fact that it had a pool table by the bar.

Very comfortable, good location for Warwick and West Midlands. Change of menu daily was a bonus compared to most hotels from my experience and is worth stressing.

The restaurant staff were very pleasant and made me feel very welcome, also to go with that the food was excellent throughout my stay including breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Conference room was also a good size and very comfortable. I was very very disapointed with not having any television which was down throughout my stay. This made my experience very dull and quiet. There was nothing offered by the staff in way of substitue I.e radio, newspaper or books etc

The food was really good - I was best man at a wedding there. The Catering was excellent I didn't like the fact that in my room three of the lights were not working and the the shower was also very poor (not powerful at all). I also was not offered a discount on these things which I think I should have been. I also did not like the fact that there were no plastic cups or straws for the children at this wedding, despite the fact that the staff knew full well that children would be at the wedding - very poor - would not recommend!

Location was excellent. Food was very good, and room had pleanty of space. I did not really get a chance to look around the rest of the hotel. New TV's but not all channels tuned in, however, I was given the option to change rooms, which I could not be bothered to do, so it is not really a problem.

Pleasant spacious hotel and room. Good wifi access. Meals were good value. Very little to do at the hotel. No childrens amenities (I.E. just a small play area would have been adequate). Drinks far too expensive.

It was located very conveniently for my business trip to the area. I wanted a quiet countryside location ands this hotel fitted the bill. The hooks along one section of the bedroom curtain had broken off and the curtain did not close properly. The starter course for the evening meal was a little frugal; slamon roulade. The main course was much better. I was too tired to make a fuss and could live with it for one night.

The manual in the room was excellent phases like 'if all goes well tell you friends if not please tell me' and 'we want you to think of this as your 2nd home'. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and we will stay there again next year.
