Bar was disappointing, no atmosphere - seemed like the place had seen better days.

Good value for money in a convenient location - 'a no frills' basic hotel that is clean and tidy and ok for one or two nights if you are visiting the area. We had been to the NEC and wanted somewhere a short distance away - Honiley Court was ideal.

A hotel that is best suited to solo business travellers who just need an inexpensive room for the night. The weakest aspect for us was the evening meal - we selected chicken which was stringy and just about adequate. Breakfast on the other hand was very good so maybe we were just unlucky on the night! Oh yes - one tip to the hotel, if you are serving white wine by the bottle or glass make sure the bottle has been chilled. Nothing worse than warm white wine!

Breakfast staff very friendly, polite and helpful.

When we arrived we were told they didn't have a booking for us,(that they had us booked in for a month earlier). However when we produced our booking confirmation showing we had made a booking for that night they quickly found us a room. Luckily they weren't busy so I don't know what would have happened if they had been full.

Very comfortable, good location for Warwick and West Midlands. Change of menu daily was a bonus compared to most hotels from my experience and is worth stressing.

The food was really good - I was best man at a wedding there. The Catering was excellent

I didn't like the fact that in my room three of the lights were not working and the the shower was also very poor (not powerful at all). I also was not offered a discount on these things which I think I should have been. I also did not like the fact that there were no plastic cups or straws for the children at this wedding, despite the fact that the staff knew full well that children would be at the wedding - very poor - would not recommend!

The service and food were very good.

There was not enough milk in the room.

It was located very conveniently for my business trip to the area. I wanted a quiet countryside location ands this hotel fitted the bill.

The hooks along one section of the bedroom curtain had broken off and the curtain did not close properly. The starter course for the evening meal was a little frugal; slamon roulade.The main course was much better. I was too tired to make a fuss and could live with it for one night.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had nice fluffy towels and was also very clean. My husband and I would certainly recommend the Brook Honiley Court Hotel and use it again should be come to the West Midlands.

Well situated to various sites of interest; Kenilworth castle, Warwick castle and Stratford-upon-Avon as well as being in very pleasant countryside.

Did not have a good real ale on offer!

Convenient meeting place, facilities to sit and chat after check out. Friendly staff.

No response to e mail about food prior to arrival, food finished at 9.30. We were 10 mins too late!!

The reception staff were so kind, helpful and friendly.Good breakfast for those who like English cooked breakfast.

Poor evening meal choice. No quiet bar for a pre or post dinner drink due to the functions held. The hotel is very much into weddings etc and seems to concentrate on that at the cost of other residents. The building is in need of some TLC. Not worth the 4 star rating.

Some reception staff not very friendly. Facilities eg bar meals, restaurant, mealtimes etc not well advertised and no information about locality or room facilities. Not very welcoming. Restaurant and bar staff polite and helpful. Very loud and intrusive music from after-wedding party until late on Saturday evening.
