The staff made the visit special. They were warm, friendly, attentive and always totally dedicated to the needs of guests. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge and watching the very professional, attentive behaviour of the yound staff team.

The staff are very friendly, rooms are great, breakfast must be the best in the UK...Gym, pool and spa area is free for peeople staying overnight.. good location for visiting Chester, hotel is located 1 minute from main motorway. Can't fault it 10/10

The Hotel itself is in an ideal location for exploring Chester, being close to the centre, Zoo and Racecourse. The rooms were very clean and well thought out, having all necessary amenities and the beds were amazingly comfortable!! The service in the Lounge Bar was very slow and on a number of occasions there were no staff visible at all, so customers were kept waiting for lengthy periods of time.

the staff were very friendly and helpfull spar was great breakfast great will be stopping there again wedding went on a bit late 3.30am and this kept us awake as room was above hall but not to bad

I took my partner for a surprise for her birthday and the staff arranged for a cake to be left in our room which I thought was really nice. All the staff was really friendly and helpful, stayed in a guest room and was nice tidy and comfortable. Loved the spa and the breakfast was a treat. Looking forward to our next stay....

The hotel was an ideal location, easy to find. It was beautifully clean and comfortable, and the staff were first class. The Spa was brilliant, if a little expensive, but made for a relaxing evening. The 12 o'clock checkout was a great help as it made the morning very relaxed, not hurried. The room rate was a bit dear, would to see some special offers, but all in all it was a beautiful stay. Pleasant situation with ample free parking. Pleasant staff. Could not get the heating to work in the room. Shower was faulty, while in shower the water became unbearably hot, then cooled then hot, more of a nuisance than anything else. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Taxi journey into Chester centre.

Beautiful surroundings and luxurious spa. Excellent breakfast and will definitely visit again for a spa break and relaxation We stayed in Room 130 which was very comfortable, however during the night time there did seem to be some strange plumbing noises and the room was too warm

all staff we met were very friendly,efficent and helpful. Very enjoyable stay,good location for chester. Food in brasserie was excellent, and we made good use of the spa which was one of the best i have used. I would definately recommend this hotel for couples and adult groups.
