Not a lot really. Found some staff to have poor comand of the English language, the bar staff 'only doing a job' and were poor. Windows in the rooms locked permenantly, no fresh air available. I believe the rooms were not of a recognised standard to warrant 4 star status. I have travelled all over the world, and have stayed in more 'plesent' 2 star accomodation. |

Excellent location close to a lovely cotswold town with a good range of local shops. The hotel pool was over chlorinated, so I did experience some skin irritation after my swim in the pool. Pool and spa area in need of a little updating. |

Disjointed circulation between various parts of the Hotel . One needs to ennjoy exposure to the elements and narrow stairways. |

Ther staff were all very nice, helpful, polite, smart and very attentive. The complementaries in the bathroom were a bit sparse e.g. 1 x tiny shampoo, 1 x tiny body wash & 1 x small soap. There was a soiled serviette on the stairs to our room for all of our stay and the stairway had not been cleaned for some time. There was no hot water all weekend due to a boiler break down but I will say the management had no problem with discounting our final bill by £69 to compensate, which we were very satisfied with. All in all a nice stay. |

The Hotel was located in a very nice area just 20 min. walking to the town. The facilities on the gym was very good, also the dinner at the pub was superb. The staff was very friendly and the room with the big kingsize bed was very confortable. The breakfast on the second day. It was missing glasses for the juices and also the waiters took ages to asking if we would like tea and coffee. |

The friendliness and professionalism of staff. Cleanisness of hotel room. The fact that the hotel was equipped with a spa (although required some routine maintenance). The spa required some routine maintenance |

We stay regularly as a half way stop up to Cheshire/Manchester. The hotel and facilities are excellent, and can't be beaten for price. No |

The veiws were amazing, the setting beautiful. It was all about golf. My husband played and l lounged in the spa. A good range of bars/restuarants available. First morning there was no coffee only tea, the second morning there was lots of coffee but no milk. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working. |

This was my third visit to the hotel and I particularly like the location, good base for visiting other Cotswolds areas/attractions. There needs to be consistency in the prices charged at the bar. |

Relaxed and quiet location with rooms overlooking picturesque golf course, although close to the Abbey town of Tewkesbury. The restaurant was good if not exactly gourmet, and the Eastern European waitresses very friendly and helpful There was a wedding reception at the time and some of the guests were noisy going to bed in the early hours. We also had the cleaning staff knock on our door three times within a 15 min period around 9 am on Sunday morning. |

We only stayed for 1 night but we thought it was a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and what we experienced was very good. We were a little disturbed that at about 10:30am there was a knock at our door and a maid walked in before giving us a chance to answer. |

The lovely setting and the peace and quiet - however there were no parties/weddings etc so not sure if it would always be like that! Loved the pool! Not being able to have afternoon tea in the main part of the hotel - the 'golf bar' building (sorry - forgotten what you call it) with music playing and the tv playing is not at all relaxing and comfortable! |
