I liked the convenience to surrounding villages and cities, good breakfasts and nice in-room condiments. The lack of an elevator/lift is a problem. Lugging my own suitcases up was very hard. Also, in room 511, there is a photo over the bed of feet. It is quite disturbing as they are very ugly feet and do not go with the nice decor. My firends all thought they were awful too. |

we had a lot of wasted time as your day staff were unaware that a misplaced wallet had been handed in and despite asking twice were told it had not been.cards were all cancelled and at 1.30pm approx.we got a call from hotel apologising to say they had wallet in draw but night staff did not tell day staff.this created problem to collect as we where at racecourse and had to leave before racing finished to call at hotel on return journey home. |

Everything was adequate, nothing special. I don't feel the Executive room was worth the additional charge. We never received our welcome basket, I didn't see where the amenities were anything more than what I would consider standard. |

The helpful attitude of the staff was very comforting in a business that often suffers. Situation is very good. Room 3 was quite hot and stuffy with prevailing weather |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Breakfast was included in the rate and was just right. I think the rooms may be a little over priced but the location is fantastic as you're right in the heart of Bawtry and within walking distance of all amenities. |

Lovely small town - coachmans hotel style - hard enough to bring off but good restaurants closeby and good recommendations by staff. |

Pleasant and very helpful staff. Not enough parking. Lovely looking room but not at all practical. Bed had dais which you hit your foot on and tripped over. No mini bar and yet far from bar to buy a drink, no lift. Room too hot (all rooms had their windows open in Feb). VERY poor lighting. No mirror light for shaving or putting on make-up. |

Interior decor of the foyer and easting area was excellent. Breakfast was excellent The cost for a small double room was overly expensive. The bathroom was so small that only 1 person could be in the area at once, and the door has to be closed in order to have space to use the basin or toilet. Areas of decor in the room were damaged/needed repair. Very disappointing, I am a seasoned traveller on business and this is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. |

1. No lift. 2. The bath was a bit slippery and difficult to get in and out of; e.g. no bath rails to hold on to. 3. Shower screen round the bath made it difficult to turn taps on and take plug out. |

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Got to room which was double, but booked twin. Hotel corrected this immediately, requested towels/toiletries. Blanket on one bed was very marked and unclean and should not have been used. Unable to open windows as they were locked. Shower screen did not leave much room to get into bath and reach shower controls. Feedback provided to hotel. Personally, I felt the rooms were very dark and dull. |
