There was no heating in my room. I mentioned it to the manager on duty at the time but nothing was done. In the end i was given an electric heater. |

The room was quite luxurious, with lovely decor and furnishings. The bed was so comfortable my partner and I both slept so well in it, and both slept most of the night which is a miracle for either of us! The room was rather small in comparison to some hotels we have stayed in, and the heating didnt seem to work when we turned it on. Also the TV was quite difficult to use and there were no proper instructions to tell you how to use it. There was a severe lack of toilet roll in the bathroom and we ended up going across the road to Sainsburys to buy some! |

Decor , clean and fresh . Early bird dinner offer good value for an excellent meal. Unable to get internet access in room so had to keep going to public areas to get reception. Also breakfasts are a ridiculous price £12.95 for a not very good breakfast. |

Friendly smiling efficient staff - even when the odd minor thing went wrong quick reaction/recovery. Comment on pulling in to the entry "are they open?" No lights on at the entrance or in the car park/garden area - not pitch dark - the bright light coming on as we entered the hotel porch was welcome. Appreciate fuel saving maybe the reason - observation not a complaint. |

Very convenient location and easy to find. My room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Bar prices were comparatively high and the selection of bottled beers was limited for a non-lager drinker. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the visit to Swindon and found that the Madison was ideally placed. The room we were in was missing a bedside table otherwise we were reasonably happy with the room. |
