Super central beliggenhed. Høfligt og behageligt personale. Dejligt med Kensington Gardens lige overfor. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet.

Personalet var super. Flinke og smilende.

Værelserne var for små. Badeværelse alt for lille,svært at bade da man skulle op i badekar først. For meget larm. Ikke tilfreds med kun aircondition.

Very handy for our weekend trip to Wembley for the cup final.Enjoyed our stay and all ten of us are looking forward to returning for next years Cup Final in May 2014

Rooms rather small and lacking in drawer space which meant we had to keep most things in our suitcase for the weekend.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very tasty, with lots of options available. Hotel's location is very good, and is close to Lancaster Gate underground station.

I like the location of the property, very close to tube station and hyde park, breakfast was rich and good choice.

I stayed in executive room as per the hotel, but In my opinion this is not executive room, very small and bathroom was too small, in the room there is no fridge or mini bar and telephone is very expensive, I paid for one call around 14.00 pound.

price flucuations over a short period of time when deciding whether to book for the trip. Discounts for returning visitors who stay for more than 2 nights would be a good incentive to continue returning Would have liked water to have been provided in the room each day rather than as a one off on arrival a mini fridge would also be appreciated and is common in many hotels

I like the atmosphere in hotel and quiet even the location

The size of room and the money value for single room I think it was too high rate for it .

Great location right on hyde park. Were very accomodating, offering to store our bikes. Upgraded some of our rooms for free

The location was very central and right next to the beautiful Hyde Park. It was a stone's throw from the tube, but close enough to central London that you could walk.

The shower in the room we stayed in (734) was no more than a trickle, and the shower head kept falling out of its cradle. The airconditioning did not seem to work: we had it set at 16 degrees and the room was still baking hot (and it was not hot in London when we stayed!). I had hoped to raise this with the reception staff at the time we checked out, but the lady at reception was so dismissive that I did not feel able to do so. The room was small and you could not fit two people in the bathroom at the same time (unless one of you was in the bath!) We arrived for breakfast at about 10.10 and the staff were cleaning up around us by 10.20 (including using a hoover), which did not make for a relaxing breakfast experience.

The situation is great.very near the tube and taxis available too and perfect to shop.the english breakfast is excellent.the staff is ever so nice reliable and helpful.and it's just in front hyde park.!

The problem with the bathroom not really clean...hairs on the flloor two days in a row...surprising in such a hotel!

Location is superb. Staff is friendly and responsive. Great breakfasts!

We have been staying at the Corus for many years and feel that the rooms and general facilities have declined while price has continued to climb. Food in restaurant was barely adequate and very expensive

Hotel is opposite to Hyde park, near to Kensigley palace, and well connected to sight seeing areas in central London. Staff was very fine, especially one gentleman Mr Rajesh who guided us in a very friendly way and was very respectfull in behaviour.

We could not get value for money. Hotel room was very small, so called queesn bed was 4*6 feet, vey diffucult for two persons to sleep. Very uncomfortable. There was no place to keep our small suitcases. Standard room with queen size bed is meant for only one person for a night's stay. People should check whether size shown on booking.com is right.

I liked the Location. The room was nice, with good facilities. Price was fair.

The staff was very accommodating. Because of miscommunication, was upgraded to a family room with no extra charge.

The room was small and cramped. The smallest room I think I have ever had. The room was shabby. There was no where to sit and it was uncomfortable. There was a terrible draught from the window. We ordered breakfast and it came half an hour early because the staff were very busy. The phone did not work and had to be repaired. All in all not a good experience.

The location is excellent.

They charged me twice for my stay and I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get my money back!

Staff offered me wrong room, although they already knew the room wasn't going to be appropriate., then I had to come back and complain about it to finally get the room I was confirmed by phone and e-mail.

Right next to Lancaster Gate tube station. Free Wifi. Room 1006 (last floor) quite roomy with partial view on Hyde Park.

The bathroom, especially the shower is a joke. The hotel could use a general makeover. I have no idea who awarded them 4 stars. Value for money is very poor but this seems to be the norm in London. Breakfast not worth it.
