One-person room small but state-of the art, very practical, very comfortable and pleasant to live in. Great location outside Hyde park. Only shortcoming: lack wireless connectivity. |

The recepion people were very helpful particularly the one that checked me in. Also the member of the concierge staff that advised me about taxis. At 6.50 a.m., there was no hot water in my room so I had to boil a kettle to shave also I could not get hot water for a shower some while later.There was a poor selection of cereals and fruit at breakfast but the staff were helpful. |

clean, warm rooms - everything we needed for a one night stay. Had we been staying longer the room would have been a bit too small but perfectly adequate for one night. |

location, 1 minute walk form lancaster gate tube station, next to high park waited too long for check in and check out, the receptionist was not aware about hotel policies (type of cards acceptable for payment and use of internet) |

The staff were lovely, very friendly and efficient, and the room although small was clean and well planned.but there was insufficient space in the restaurant for breakfast and we couldn't order an English breakfast in our room. We chose to eat elsewhere rather than wait 30 mins to be seated |

I like the location of the hotel because it is so close to the most famous place in london such as oxford st. &marble arch and in front of hydepark gate also near to under ground station around 3 minites walk etc. yes, I don,t like the size of the room , it is so small |

Proximity to Hyde Park First night my room did not have air conditioning and the window could not be opened. Only a small fan was available! Althlough outside the temperature was moderate, inside the hotel roomthe temp was very warm, especially with no air movement. |

The Standard room was very hot and cramped,more like the economy size cabin in a ship!!.However the nice man John behind he desk informed us that they were fully booked on the first night but if we went to reception the next morning we can have a complementry upgrade to a large air conditioned suite!! :) that made the Birthday Weekend all the more special.Xx The first room was very modern but it was only big enough to swing a cat!! (small cat) I mean it was the smallest hotel room we have ever seen a real box room. |
