I thought the hotel was massively overpriced, the rooms are in need of a lick of paint, and they could do with more staff on duty in the Restaurant. |

I left my mobile my the hotel room. I went back to collect it but reception were unable to say whether they'd found it because the housekeeper locks up and leaves at 3pm. Reception do not keep a key. So I had to leave my contact details. They called the following morning to say they'd found my phone but charged me £5 to send it! |

The hotel is in an excellent location. In theory it has excellent facilities. We were impressed by how dog friendly it was. Safe secure parking. Cleanliness of bathroom.... previous occupants hair in bath and sink. Thought breakfast was overpriced . Staff very young and inexperienced, they were more concerned with their own personal conversations than looking after customers. Supervision needed, I didnt see one manager/owner during my visit. Receptionist didnt bother to ask if everything was ok when we checked out. |

Not very much! However, the room was pleasant, a good size and reasonably comfortable. A good hairdryer was provided The staff seemed sullen, sharp or unmotivated. My bathroom was dirty (covered in hairs). The room was way too hot. The fire alarm went off twice in the morning and no apology was made at check out. Facility timings were incorrectly signed. |

Good leisure facilities. During the Xmas period the hotel run 2/3 functions/parties every Thurs/Fri/Sat evening which can be very busy and limit access to bars. |

The reviews about this hotel I think are wrong the staff 1st class facilities are good the hotel could do with a bit of paint (well used) but nothing to complane about. A lot of rubbish outside the hotel on ground just made it untidy should have a different area for smokers not outside the front door |
