Booked 3 twin rooms, requested quiet rooms and away from night club. On arrival offered 3 double rooms as no twins avaiable. After complaining we were given 2 twin rooms and 1 double with a camp bed. However we were not told that the twin rooms given were directly above the night club which kept us awake til midnight. Dreadful service and ridiculously overpriced breakfast. |

Loved the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Loved the leisure facilities especially the pool and jacuzzi. Did not appreciate the noise from the Friday night Karaoke which was extremely loud, however the hotel reimbursed us for the inconvenience. |

The Buffet breakfast was reasonable with plenty of choice, and the hotel was easy to find. On Friday & Saturday nights there was a very loud disco until past 1.00am and very raucous guests near us till past 2.00am. At dinner the tables from the previous diners were left uncleared. Even though there were only 9 diners (5 on our table) in the restaurant the service was very slow and when the food arrived it was barely lukewarm. I had ordered a portion of new potatoes and these were forgotten, when I asked for them I was told they would be 2-3 mins. They eventually arrived 10 mins later by which time the others had finished their food. During the 2 hours we were there, a fork which was dropped by a waiter remianed on the floor even though it was in plain view. |

Room was dirty, check in / out staff 'didn't have a clue' what they were doing and their attuitude was very poor, it all seemed like it was to much trouble for them. Have stayed at this hotel before, would not stay there again. |

Impressed with the facilities of the rooms, it was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to England, thanks. Only would have like a sheet as well as a duvet on the bed, but very good otherwise. |

The hotel was in a convienient location for my needs The sheets were dirty with old staines. I informed the desk at 4pm and went out, when I returned at 11pm nothing had been done about it and I had to ask again for them to be changed, which was disappointing, although it was then dealt with very quickly. Cleanliness in the rest of the room was fine. |

On the whole the staff were very polite. My room was on the top floor, the sun had been shining all day into the room but I could not open the window; it took nearly an hour for someone to come and look at it; disappointing as the room just became more and more hot. The swimming pool was a good cool down though! there were lifts to all floors however there are also a number of stairways that have to be used to get to the rooms, not good if you have bad knees and having to carry luggage. |

No Internet throughout the entire hotel for two weeks !! Very tired decor and uncomfortable lumpy beds. Staff had a real "jobsworth" attitude. |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.We thought the room very nice and the staff were very polite and helpful. We did not have breakfast as we felt we could not justify spending £12:50 each on breakfast. I do not feel that the usual buffett style breakfasts that large hotels now provide are worth the price. |

The staff were friendly and checking in was straightforward. The coffee lounge was the nicest area to sit with a bar meal and drink. We found the Courtyard Restaurant quite expensive and also the breakfast was expensive. |

I left my mobile my the hotel room. I went back to collect it but reception were unable to say whether they'd found it because the housekeeper locks up and leaves at 3pm. Reception do not keep a key. So I had to leave my contact details. They called the following morning to say they'd found my phone but charged me £5 to send it! |

The hotel is in an excellent location. In theory it has excellent facilities. We were impressed by how dog friendly it was. Safe secure parking. Cleanliness of bathroom.... previous occupants hair in bath and sink. Thought breakfast was overpriced . Staff very young and inexperienced, they were more concerned with their own personal conversations than looking after customers. Supervision needed, I didnt see one manager/owner during my visit. Receptionist didnt bother to ask if everything was ok when we checked out. |

location close to NEC for Crufts, room reasonably spacious Carpet was dirty, window opened but then would not close, noisy generator could be heard (all night) from room, no satellite TV - not even Freeview, room coffee and tea of low quality, coffee lounge not open into evening, bar area dirty, no freshly brewed decaff coffee available (only from sachet) and bar staff poorly informed about bar menu. |

Not very much! However, the room was pleasant, a good size and reasonably comfortable. A good hairdryer was provided The staff seemed sullen, sharp or unmotivated. My bathroom was dirty (covered in hairs). The room was way too hot. The fire alarm went off twice in the morning and no apology was made at check out. Facility timings were incorrectly signed. |
