Staff were excellent, room was very comfortable, very pleased with stay here.

The hotel restaurant and bar offered a good service and the quality of food was very good. We found the hotel to be in a convenient location and the facilities were excellent (inc. pool & sauna). Staff were friendly in the restaurant and bar. Rooms were refurbished and clean. Good value for money.

Unfortunately my bed mattress was unacceptable. It had obviously been previously used by a heavy person and one side of the bed did not offer adequate support. This made sleeping very uncomfortable... I do not believe this was the case in other rooms and I assume that this negative experience is just a 'one-off'.

The staff were very friendly. My wife enjoyed the small pool, spa and the sauna. The hotel was quiet. Reception created a reservation for us where Booking.com did not achieve this.

The coffee cups in the room were unclean, not washed. The room service was terrible. The first night we went out and came back late and hungry. The only service was a sandwich selection of six types, we asked for one of each. Reception phoned back and said they could only do a ham sandwich. When it was delivered it looked as if the guy had danced on it. At the same time we ordered two breakfasts for the room, the next morning these did not arrive, "the order was lost". I contacted reception, eventually one breakfast arrived. I called them again to ask where the second one was, it too eventually arrived also, with apologies.

The free wi-fi was awesome and easy to use. The room was large and had a lovely big window. All the staff were very polite & friendly. I only had dinner there but it was delicious, both it and the drinks were very reasonably priced.

We did not eat breakfast because the price was exorbitant. Contiinental was not much cheaper than full breakfast

The parking was good and the overall look and style were apealing

I didn't like having two single beds as one larger bed as the join made the sleep uncomfortable

Location good, food not bad, staff friendly and helpful.

Food a little over priced, and room very hot with no air con.

Initial problem with drain smells in bathroom was quickly resolved by staff. Our luggage etc was efficiently moved to another room while we were out to dinner.

Water temperature and pressure in shower was very variable. Sound insulation between rooms could be better.

The hotel swimming pool was good fun for the whole family.

The hotel bedroom was hot and it seemed as though the central heating was on. The bedroom window was restricted in its ability to be opened very wide. Room 116 was our room and the shower tap was very stiff to turn off completely.

Staff friendly and attentive, food excellent, room clean and comfortable. Good value for money and guests were made to made to fell welcome.
