Bathroom wasn't cleaned throughly, dirt on bathroom tiles 3 people in room but only 2 cups for Teas & coffees Noise from other guests returning to rooms after their wedding reception finished after 1pm in the morning

Carpets in the thoroughfares could do with carpet washing.

Welcoming and helpful staff, large room, bed and bathroom, with all the facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Room was lower ground, with a noisy ugly view of what i think was back of maintenance area with staff smokers!

I rang before the trip to enquire about pool/leaisure facilities and was told they did not have these. When I arrived I read that guests have free access to local gym/pool - would have been nice to know this before our visit.

The rooms where very roomy for such a good price and facilities in room i.e. en-suite excellent in the presentation. Lovely place would stay again.

Throw out the 'brown' shower non slip mats in room 30 and 31 they are unusable I put the hand towel down to stand on. These masts cost £4.99 in home and bargain and I replace mine at home every couple of months, when sharing rooms with others cleanliness in bathroom is paramount. Everything else was perfect.

We felt very well 'looked after'. Any query was immediately answered with care and good humour. The room had everything we needed. Particularly impressed with Chef's concern for our member who has dairy intolerence.

The staff were friendly and approuchable, the room was clean and tidy, they went out of there way to please me...

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, all other thinks were spot on.

The drunken party guests in the private hire suites, the kids of said guests running right along the corridors shouting and yelling and playing tag until 10pm with no parental supervision. They should not even be in the hotel corridors, they should be in the event rooms!!!

Breakfast Extremely Disappointing. Too much Grease, and very poorly presented. [Only thing that let Hotel down].

The lovely extra large bed. Food was very good.

Easy access and good parking

1. Bathroom in great need of repair. 2. Headboard nearest window broken. 3. Mattresses looked extremely grubby. 4. Duvets lumpy. 5. Requested a blanket - which was delivered in a surprising state: not folded, was crumpled and made me wonder 'is it clean?' 6. Conflicting information given by reception staff and duty manager regarding the broken headboard. 7. No healthy option for cooked breakfast (eg fried eggs)

Our room (number 1), was rather shabby, particularily the bathroom.

The staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. the room was spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing, food fantastic we had an evening meal. best breakfast i have had in a hotel

We liked having a bar and restaurant on site. We liked the queen size bed.

The shower screen was old and needed replacing. In general the bathroom needed attention. The room needed a 'deep' clean. The net curtains needed replacing. Would recommend but giving details of my comments.

Got room at a good price as would not have had room at cost price.

Location was excellent as we were visiting Cadbury World. Chocolate in the the room was an added bonus. Staff were friendly.

Pillows were very lumpy and prevented a good nights sleep!
