Friendly staff, park just across the street, close to the subway neighborhood - be carefull which side of the subway station you go out or take a taxi, especially at night. No food served during the day (it really is B&B only) but they can arrange delivery |

The location is very nice, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, clean room and facilities and comfortable beds. Rather noisy at night - not the hotel's fault, but they might like to put a polite request in rooms for guests to be quiet after, say, 11.30 p.m. |

Near tube station.Bus stop outside door which takes you right into west end.The staff were very friendly. Not really.Only the same issue i would have with all hotels.Some people do not take into considerate other people at the hotel.Was woken up at 5am by a customer who was making an extreme amount of noise before he left his room.Maybe a sign should be advertising "people may be sleeping,please be quiet" |

The staff were the friendliest of any hotel we have stayed at - and we have stayed at some fabulous hotels! Our room smelled of smoke, because smokers congregated below our window - it was horrible. There was no remote control for the TV. It was quite cold during the night. |

Nothing Dirty, excessively poor standard of cleaning.Wet carpet in bedroom Dirt on sinks and shower.Poor quality of breakfast.Would never return. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite,the free parking on site was ideal and breakfast was good. It was not the most modern of hotels and the rooms are small and basic but it served a purpose as we were out all day and just needed somewhere to sleep. |

the bed was comfortable the toilet was leaking, the heating did not wrk the room was cold, the room was not very spacious as there was a third bed and only 2 of us staying, the staff was not very helpful, the furniture was old lookng adn scabby looking |
