Clean room Was as described -
Bar closed when returned to the hotel at 2230 Wasnt offered more tea/ coffee/ toast at breakfast Small single room. Wardrobe filled with extra duvets/ pillows so no useable hanging space
Mine was a short stay, but I don't have any complaints. Good breakfast, staff, room, and attractive dining room
Wonderful staff and Hector (the dog). Lovely clean room, with all necessary requirements. Breakfast delicious too.
Room and bathroom was a little small considering the price, but did the job. Breakfast a little early to finish at 9.30 on a Sat which following a wedding was a little rushed.
Staff were friendly and made extra effort to make us feel welcome. Lovely lounging areas and unusual decor. Food was excellent as was the service. Easy access to the town and the hill.
Single rooms are nice, but layout could be improved to increase space, perhaps with reducing amount of furniture, eg there were more drawers than a single person would use
Restaurant was a wonderful surprise.
Beautiful Gothic revival house would benefit from ecoration in arts and crafts style - William Morris etc.
I felt relaxed and made to feel at home as soon as I arrived. My dogs were treated as I special guests and made friends with Hector the resident Airdale terrier.
I did not like the single bed, but I should have specified when booking that I would prefer a double.
We booked two rooms and paid the same price for both. One room was magnificent and because this was part of a birthday present for my father we were delighted. The food is excellent and the staff efficient and friendly.
The second room was fine but was a converted attic. The stairs could be difficult for the elderly or infirm.
Lovely setting - nice gardens to sit in and very good service. Extremely helpful staff, good breakfast.
Everything was excellent
Not a lot.
Failure to handle online booking in a proficient, professional manner.
The evening meal
Room rather small
Very warm welcome and lovely staff.
Single room very small and had a musty smell
The service was excellent, food beautiful, just a really nice stay
Attractive, if small, room (#7) and excellent bathroom. Delicious breakfast.
Chaotic check out at 7.45am which took 15 minutes. Not really a problem but frustrating.
Excellent food staff very polite and rooms very clean
Very attentionate service.
Wifi was charged for a complete week while I stayed only for three days. The wifi signal was weak and unstable.
I liked staff of your hotel, very nice and friendly people , location fantastic, breakfast was good I enjoyed , also I like that dog which was sitting on the sofa it looked like a toy lol I forgot its name ... x x
I booked single room and I think that bed was little bit too narrowfor me so I was feel like im going to fall on the floor in some point at night hahaha lol ... but maybe coz im used to double bed all the time ... but I don't complain on anything everything was nice I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit you again ... soon. x x
Paying for internet
Ideal location for the theatre Charming property set in beautiful gardens Very comfortable
Quiet location, and quiet through the night, off-road parking, friendly staff, comfortable bedroom, tea and coffee making facilities, excellent breakfast.
Very expensive wi-fi! (No hotel should be charging for wi-fi nowadays)
The food was very good
The shower was very poor a long wait before the water got hot, also quite steep to step out of the bath.disappointed we were told no vacancies for dinner on our second night, also they couldnot do a bar meal, but could do room service!!!! Then when we queried this they had a cancellation so dinner was served.
Grossly overpriced for the standard of accommodation
A very pleasant 'business stay'. The restaurant was excellent.
It is a lovely building, the hotel is attractive and very comfortable. My room was small but so pretty and comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable and very considerate. Hector the dog is possibly the handsomest canine in England. The food was lovely and looked beautiful. Everything was presented with care. The scrambled eggs were so good!
A warm and friendly hotel with excellent food and wine. Good staff provided excellent service and a ideal location to explore Malvern/make theatre visit.
The absence of free WiFi and those 'fixed' hotel coat hangers... although I understand why they are fixed.
