Beautiful setting Value for money Clean comfortable accommodation Peaceful Good breakfast Helpful staff
Room was a bit chilly when we arrived but this was soon sorted out to our satisfaction
Fabulous view and modern room. Good wifi access.
The chef was very accommodating to my special dietary needs. Jenna at the reception went out of her way to bring me a new key when mine didn't work. (She RAN across the estate and up the steps to my room to deliver it to me). The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and clean. The location was lovely. The sheep were an added bonus.
My WiFi didn't work at all. Three people tried to help me with it without success (I believe I was the only one in the group whose didn't work).
The setting and view from the bedroom window was beautiful. Nice Modern rooms.
Some of the furniture looked and felt a bit cheap, this didn't bother us at all but seeing as the whole hotel was so modern, I would have chosen better bedroom furniture!
Excellent breakfast. Very clean small room.
Liquid soap would not lather. Lighting was poor. Instead of such huge towels, we would rather have had smaller towels and to have had wash cloths.
Wonderful Cotswold surroundings, good base. Newly redecorated comfortable room. Plentiful breakfast. All in all, good value for money.
Restaurant prices at dinner ridiculously high for b&b guests. It's a conference centre thus not made for tourists.
Almost everything. Staff pleasant, helpful, room immaculate, food delicious.
Minute shower in single bedroom
Quiet location and great facilities and spacious accommodation.
Steep site, not very well signed from the A44. The way out towards Broadway is very missable!
Clean and Silent. Friendly staff.
The bed was VERY small. Really out of the way if you travel by Bus. Had to hike over several miles of open fields to get there. Yes, fields. Not paths. So not recommendable for the lazy of foot or for those who do not like losing time in getting to or from Broadway.
Lovely grounds, rooms are clean and modern
Reception can be quite far from the accomodation (depending on which room you're in), breakfast not included, too far to walk to the village restaurants
No check out facility before 7am
Everything about this place was great. Staff so helpful and welcoming especially in breakfast restaurant, buffet breakfast exceptional, great price for a top notch b&b in England. Our best in three weeks of travelling. The estate and grounds are gorgeous.
surroundings superb . wildlife abounded lovely breakfast.staff very helpful.
steep steps to go to dining area but suppose it goes with the area.
Gorgeous estate, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.
Very good all round
Would have liked a small refrigerator
- Nice grounds. Walking trails within property.
This hotel is like similar to a youth hostel - boring white lighting, cheap furniture and uncomfortable springy bed. We stayed for one night and had to cancel the rest of our stay.
Reasonable facility if you need a clean and comfortable place to put your head down but won't be spending much of your time there.
It has to be borne in mind that this is a conference centre and not a hotel as such. Whilst comfortable, the rooms are decorated in a rather unimaginative way and the breakfast is not op to hotel standards.
Bar area and restaurant very good
The room was too small. The foot of the bed met the chair to the desk and you could not sit down.
The views were amazing
Size of bed
Perfectly fine for what we needed (somewhere to stay after a wedding).
All perfectly ok - nothing to complain about.
The hotel is very beautiful with several buildings and garden, grassland and a small lake. The staff is very kind and help us solve our problem.
The sound proof of the room is really bad! I can hear the drawers open and close, water turned on and off, bathroom fan turn on and off, people walking and talking in other rooms. I'm not sure it's the room next door or upstairs. It would not be a problem normally because I usually go to bed quite late. This time just very unlucky. I could still hear those sound at about 1 or 2am!
Great breakfast with many choices. Nice scenery.
The way leading to the estate is a bit winding and steep. Not recommended to new drivers.
Loved Farncombe, Good base for exploring.Surroundings Stunning! Buffet breakfast lovely, and staff really helpful and friendly. Would recommend and would not hesitate to book again.
The staff were delightful. The food was good quality but very poor presentation. Like delux school dinners staff were so nice and pleasant very proffesional
Basic accomodation. Cheap decor in the room and the dining area. Should not be classed as hotel. Only as conference centre. Very work like in the areas i used
