Warm comfortable room. Breakfast very good Very easy bus access into Oxford town centre, and short walk to Summertown shops
More flexible breakfast times would be ideal, especially for guests who are on holiday at the weekend
The breakfast was lovely
Whole thing. Excellent breakfast. Really kind staff. V v good bed.
Price. It's a b&b on the outskirts of Oxford not the Randolph
Very clean, really great breakfast. would benefit from updating the décor.
Layout was unusual, had to go through the kitchen and past their private rooms to get to ours.
Really friendly owners and staff. Owners us excellent advice on the best route in to the town centre for my daughters interview. Location is perfect, minutes from the bus stop which takes less 15 minutes to the town centre. Ample space to park your car on site. Hopefully if my daughter gets a place at Oxford we will be back to stay.
Friendly owners and staff; delicious breakfast with lovely fresh fruit. Very comfortable beds, and in the winter, the whole place is very warm!
Plumbing could do with updating
A very warm welcome felt very much like home from home and nothing was too much trouble. 1st Class cooked Breakfast + Cereal and fabulous fresh fruit yum !!! Plenty of tea and coffee and toast to start the day before a journey back home. Excellent !! Did not use the Free WiFi.
Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic location. Would definitely visit again.
Chose this hotel as very close to my final destination, have stayed here previously and found it to be good value and always clean and friendly.
Owners extremely helpful. Ordered us a cab to arrive in very good time for Uni interviews. Wonderful Full English Breakfast!
Excellent breakfasts Location close to Summertown - very handy for us. WiFi was good
Found the price a bit steep
Lovely place, Ideal for getting into Oxford. Very pleasant and friendly staff
Size of room
We had the front room, close to the Main Street and front door, it was a little noisy with people leaving early. Noisy pipes with each toilet flush became annoying after 2 nights. Rooms are a little dated, could do with a fresher look, especially for the rate charged.
We loved the coziness of our guest suite and the kind, generous staff. The English breakfast was cooked with love!
The sitting room is a bit run down, but still feels cozy.
It was a quiet location, but still very close to the city of Oxford. Room was perfect - I had the delux suite, get this one if you can. Very nice for a couple.
Nothing like the advertised photo
The room was good although could do with being updated.
Breakfast cereals etc were not put out to help yourself.
nearly everything in the house
not much, toilet holder broken
Our room was spacious, clean and the bed, so extremely comfortable. The location is so very convenient to Central Oxford, we just parked the car on arrival and walked and bussed everywhere. It is also very quiet. The staff are on,y too pleased to help and the breakfast was superb.
There was nothing to dislike.
Pretty well everything.
A bit pricey, but knowing the price of property in Oxon, perhaps not. The outside sign was a bit difficult to read facing headlights, in the dark, and pouring rain! No more room for car parking, I presume.
Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Upgraded to previous owners accomodation. This was very good including a sauna and whirlpool bath. However it would benefit from some modernisation of the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Bus connection to City Centre every 10 minutes.
The location is excellent, with a bus stop just a few steps away. And, despite the busy Banabury Road, it turned out very quiet. The breakfast was deliciously cooked; the service (when needed) was friendly. Will stay there again.
size of room comfortable bed cleanliness secondary glazing blocked out road noise easy access into oxford, bus stop across the road, bus every 10 mins. great breakfast good quality bedding and towels powerful shower, plenty of hot water help always available, day & night
Warm welcome. Good clean basic accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Parking. Easy to get to by car. Easy to get to centre of Oxford by bus in 5 to 10 minutes (buses running every 10 minutes). Nearby shops, restaurants, pub, 5 minutes walk in nearby Summertown. Thank you!
