I really like the spacious feel of this hotel. Beautifully designed. I would say the service is definately improving (this is my fifth stay at this hotel). better service in the week than at weekends when it can get busier. The pool is fantastic (if there are not too many people). |

Very nice modern hotel in excellent location for visits to Cities, ie. Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswold area. Or if you wanted to, the hotel is an ideal place just to relax in/around all day. Swimming pool was rather small, children diving around all over the place. Tea/coffee supplies in the rooms were very stingy, e.g. one packet of biscuits between 2 people, and only 2 tea bags provided. |

The building, rooms and location are lovely. Service is intermittent. Some good, mostly poor. It was very busy ( a good thing) but we waited too long on occassions to be served. |

The view from the bedrooms over the lake and likewise from the restaurant. Check out was simple too. The service in the restaurant and the very poor breakfast buffet and service. The bar staff were not very polite or helpful. |

It was very relaxing, food was good, but what topped it all was the wild life, and the beautiful setting of the hotel. Distance from reception too room. It would have been nice, too have been told that it would have been easier to have driven round to the other side instead of trapsing for miles with luggage in hand. |

The rooms where very comfortable, the siting of the rooms around the lakes and able to see the wildlife, the restaurant layout looking over the lakes, the open reception and lounge area. some of the cooked items for breakfast where cooked poorly |

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Spa facilities were very poor, booked in for treatments half products were missing! Food in restaurant was poor. |

Friendly staff, warm and inviting reception area and plenty of room to walk in the grounds. We have already recommended the hotel to some of our friends. |

I was there such a short time it is difficult to say. The breakfast was excellent The Bar did not have any Alcohol Free Beer/Larger which in my book is a large Black Mark & this would have a bearing on any decision to return. The Hotel would appear to promote itself on healthy pursuits & in this day and age I feel the alcohol free beer is a must. I realise I am in a tiny minority. |

Modern hotel with excellent reception staff and concierge. However the dining room staff seemed overwhelmed at times - coffee took 45 minutes to arrive! The lack of Orange mobile reception almost anywhere except out near the road and in the cold late at night, that's not funny. Not the hotel's fault, I know, but the cost of phone calls was phohibitive which they could do something about knowing that mobile calls are difficult! |

In a beautiful, peaceful setting, in a pretty village in the South Cotswolds, this 16th-century inn is rich in original character and traditional charm with a wood-beamed bar and a great restaurant. |
Set in 30 acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside, this hotel has 2 restaurants, an indoor pool and a 9-hole par 3 golf course. |
Situated in one of Cirencester’s oldest streets, this delightful, privately owned hotel and restaurant boasts an oasis of tranquillity just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre. |
The Priory Inn is a privately owned gastro-inn which deserves its loyal following - the true heart of Tetbury. It is very welcoming to families and offers fabulous award-winning food. |
