Convenient location. Clean. Cheap.
Request not responded to - 'staff had not noticed it.' Cold shower in morning - temperature control not working. Light above only mirror bust.
*the en suite facility was very clean *a the bed was comfy *the breakfast was delicious *staff were very friendly overall
*the iron facility was not good as it was located in the bar area which was very awkward *there were hairs on the cups and glasses in my room and the dining room which made me not want to eat or drink from them * there were hairs and smudges on my cutlery for breakfast, they needed to be washed better. *hair nets should be worn to avoid this issue in the future as it's very unhygenic
The room was abit expensive and the breakfast could have been abit bigger and no where to get food when i arrived late as i did not want to go into town with being a stranger to the city :-/
Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Free wifi. Close to local amenities. Buses conveniently just outside hotel. Free off road parking. Staff available 24hours a day.
Buses running throughout the night, very very loud-was in a bedroom at front of building facing main road. Had a very bad nights sleep because of the noise from traffic and people as it is a busy main road.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and the breakfast was excellent
There wasn't the wifi in the room, it was only in the hall
Price was competitive. Close to city centre.
Parking not always available. Not somewhere I'd stay with family.
The room was very small for a double shabby and dirty
Room was clean and staff were polite.
Television was hung up high on the side of the wardrobe. Watching television was difficult and gave me neck ache. Room was so small, life became difficult, particularly using the wash basin and shower. Car parking at front did not cater for all customers. Booked 4 days but could only put up with 2. Though I gave 24 hours notice before leaving I only received 1 day's refund. Went to Travelodge and paid same daily rate. Surprisingly room was far superior and value for money. Will not be going back to Cotswold.
comfortable room close to everything we needed lovely staff free wifi
Excellent value for money. Clean and well presented.
Bed sheets and Towels were damp and there was little or no signal for both tv and internet.Sheet of paper shows prices of lager but when you buy it soars up 75p.
Clean tidy room. Helpful staff. Good price
A bit of a dodgy shower that went cold now and then.
Noise from other guest didn't sleep that night as the noise continued all night. reported it to the duty manager three times but the noise continued.Myself and my partner managed about hour and half sleep which is not good. In fairness the manager refunded the cost of my stay. Would not recommend it to other people had to be the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in
The room was comfortable and clean
Close to center
The staff were extremely rude to all people in my party, very hard work to book into room and charged me for a breakfast and I have receipt ti show me up in front of everyone and tell me I haven't paid for breakfast but some of people in my group had but I paid it together all the same and even have a receipt, tried to be ripped off!
The rooms were clean
We had booked breakfast for an extra £5 per person on top of rooms even have evidence on my emails but had to argue with the staff for ten minutes as tried to rip me off by saying I hadn't paid for breakfast but all in my party paid the same price, some were told they had breakfast but others didn't,staff very rude and unfriendly, won't be staying again
Friendly team basic/simple accommodation flexible reasonable value
shower not great
Nothing I can see I like it
Poor condition woeful poor services, no space bathroom broken, audible disgusting.
clean modernised very helpful staff
Not a good area Thin walls Small rooms No parking (a few bays in front, but completely full with residents' cars) Very hot room Single room is not worth £60
outdated hotel very small room, without a desk very easy breakfast you hear a lot of noise from the other rooms or trafic outside
A budget accommodation that is unusually clean for the local standards and with a level of services that resemble those of a "real" hotel. 15-20 min walking from city centre.
Small breakfast with terrible coffee (and not included in the price). Wifi network didn't work till 10 minutes before leaving. Ground floor single room with no natural light except for a small window in the toilet (but it wasn't too bad).
On a non smoking floor but room/corridor smelt of smoke. Limited choice of breakfast and the hot choice was cold served on a warm plate. Room cramped with shower and toilet in a wardrobe and toilet door did not shut properly. Disturbed by noisy guests at 4am.
All of it will never stop there again
EVERYTHING VERY CLEAN AND OBLIGING STAFF
LACK OF PARKING FACILITIES
