I was out at a local event most of the time, but I can say that everything to do with the hotel went very smoothly and I got 3 good night's sleep. Which is what you want on a busy trip, really!
Staff very friendly and helpful
Large group of hotel clients were noisy in the night which disturbed sleep
staff very helpful a welcome was nice which is appreciated, almost unusual in hotels nowadays! i have been working in nottingham have stayed in different hotels . value for money and quality Cotswold is the best !
Location and 24 hour reception the bar was cheap too
No windows, just 1 in bathroom
Sorry I do not speak English very well, everything was fine The staff is pleasant, the room is clean and you will sleep well
except internet access in your hotel fee and free in other hotels Thank you and goodbye
No hot water Bathroom drain blocked
shower, either too hot or too cold
Courteous, helpful - no fuss, ideal for our needs on this occasion. Will return.
Breakfast room wallpaper - could be painted over and some pictures rearranged to achieve the same excellent standard of decor otherwise achieved throughout.
Wifi TV Channels Clean bedding Clean room Good shower
On main road and not double glazed and thin curtain so a little to bright during night- however not a show stopper
Breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were comfortable with nice sized bathrooms. Bedrooms were small but were also very clean and well decorated, with televisions in the rooms. When I did eventually get through to the manager, he told me that he would reverse the freezing of the money in my account straight away, and called me back a few minutes later to tell me that this had been done.
Before arriving I provided my bank details as a back-up (I was only supposed to be paying for two of the five rooms, but details were required to check that the card was valid), and the entire cost of all five rooms was frozen on my card, about £350. This was only unfrozen after several conversations with the hotel - I spoke to two receptionists and the manager, all of whom gave me a different length of time the money would take to return to my account. The "superior room" for £89 was barely any different to the £69 double rooms, and it wasn't made clear that breakfast wasn't included. We were told that we would pay on check-out, but were informed on arrival that we had to pay then, because it was "busy in the mornings". There was one male member of staff who was personable during the stay, but the others were all quite miserable. Overall rather expensive for what it was, it was acceptable as a last-minute scramble for somewhere to stay but I would not stay there again.
its very clean and welcoming, the staff are kind and good
saterday night and party night. music on till late..
cleanliness, courteous staff
size of toilet knees touch door when using, only 1 bedside table, bed against the wall on 1 side. Kettle on bedside table, no bedside light, internet pictures show food, but there is no resteraunt on the premises, shows corner bath, no bath hardly call it a full ensuite, Breakfast was ok
Mattresses abit harsh on the body but 35.00 a night how can u complain
Staff very good, they had 2 guests staying the same night with the same surname and somehow managed to put the other guest in our room which was bigger and more expensive. They offered to move the other guest out, which they did, and even gave us a free breakfast to apologise for the mix up.
Staff very friendly and rooms clean with fresh towels etc daily. Nothing too much trouble and WiFi fast.
When I complained that neighbours in an adjacent room were making huge noise, with loud music and stuff, the guy at the reception simply told me that is Saturday night (actually it was 7PM) and is OK, can't do anything about it. And for hot water... you wait like 2 minutes.
The bed room , was way to small. You could touch the toilet when sitting on the end of the bed. There was no room to pass each other , without one person sitting on the bed.
Lack of hot water Poor local facilities That I couldn't change my booking from 2 nights to 1 due to Booking.Com's intransigence
Clean well decorated Well located for our destination.
Several cc tv cameras made feel a little intimidated in a place where we should have been relaxing. No cereal at breakfast but breakfast was sufficient and well presented
Small but comfortable. En suite room was clean and serviced. Staff were courteous and pleasent
No room for a small desk so had to use lap top on lap; guess that's why its called a lap top. Just a niggle.
Just outside of city centre. (£5 taxi to centre) Hotel bar was fresh and modern. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and fresh and quiet.
Breakfast was just ok standard, not much option. Pillows not that comfortable. Shower bases need a tidy up.
location near our relatives friendly staff clean rooms
Our requests had 'not been noticed' so our rooms were far apart, shower ran hot and cold, mirror light bust, hotel smelled of drains. One room had no windows.
Location not far from city centre. Breakfast good value for money!
My daughter and I stayed in a twin room. It was very small and the mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom where ideal for 4ft people!! The shower worked fine but not very powerful. Being downstairs and near reception it was quite noisy during the night.
Price was good. Lidl Supermarket across the road Cheap restaurants nearby
No dinner offered
