They did mend the window fairly quickly
Broken window on arrival, they wanted us to wait overnight for repair, but as we were leaving the next morning that wasn't really an option
Good value for money. Simple and comfortable.
Bed broke while there but fixed ASAP
good location, kind staff, cheap
1. Bed was new 2. Clean Sheets and towels 3. Staff were super nice 4. Huge room 5. Really convenient location for the Olympic Park & Stratford
1. Utterly utterly filthy old place. Ingrained dirt and dust actually made me gag. They must have fired the cleaner twenty years ago. 2. Massive hole in bedroom ceiling, patched over with parcel tape 3. Soggy stinky carpet under said patch 4. Very noisy from the dual carriageway outside 5. Blocked shower 6. TV didn't work 5. Plug-in fan looked like a health hazard.
It was close to the start of the Ride London
Very dirty and noisy. I phoned before and was assured that there would be a safe place to put my bike. I was expected to leave it in an open rubbish strewn yard. Only after much debate was I allowed to put it in the room.
There were lots of channels on the TV. The location was good.
There was no reception area, so it felt very unprofessional. We were approached (not welcomed) by a timid woman who didn't explain much to us about our room or the facilities. No one provided us with information about the surrounding area. We were placed in a room with 3 beds even though we booked 1 double bed, so it felt like a hostel. There was no climate control and one window wouldn't close, so there was street noise all night. The bath wasn't clean and in the room with the shower there was so much water on the floor and no where to put our belongings, so everything got wet. When we wanted to check out, we had to search the property to find someone to return the key to.
Door wouldn't lock Window broken and stuck wide open
Cost is low. Facilities were great for the money. Not been sleeping well lately, but despite this being really basic I slept better than for weeks
Could do with a lot of TLC. Two new showers would be good ad would instructions on how to operate the one by the kitchen.
Room was ok
Communal Toilet facilities. Window frame was broken unable to close noise from the traffic rendered sleeping impossible.
I suppose it was cheap, but I have stayed in much better accommodation for less.
I was shown in down very steep steps and shown my room just inside. I had two keys for room and outside door, but that was left open with no supervision all night and day. Very insecure. never saw a check in desk or management. was told I had to bring passport or driving licence fo copying etc. Never saw any of that. Shared bathroom was very basic.

Very clean room and bed it's no frills but such a cheap cost
A lovely clean room
There are too little toilets compared to the rooms. We had to be in queue with little kid to get access to the toilet. Toilet turned out to be dirty and there is no toiletries offered for the guest!!!! I can't expect it in UK and first and worst ever experience. Tea/Coffee facility in the room..dirty and without any spoon...
Met by a very nice staff member who gave us keys & showed us around. Beds quite comfy Clean bedding Well located in centre of Stratford, 10mins from Stratford station, 20mins from Stratford international.
Cleanliness was poor Bathrooms were not always well stocked with towels/toilet paper Some lights not working (bathroom) Front door often left open with no one to check who was coming & going
Simple, cheap, clean.
There was space in the fridge and freezer. The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom was excellent. The staff was only a phone call away.
The shower was difficult to use, it flooded the bathroom, and the extractor fan was inaccessible. 2 of the plug sockets in the bedroom did not seem to work.
rather cheap for a london accommodation
-dont even have a reception, and when we called the contact they leave us in the front door no one answered. -when we arrived we have to stand there, with our bags to wait for the staff struggling to get in touch with the owner to check us in. -unpleasant smells in the room. -the place is not quite clean
my bed was clean
only two bathrooms in my block of rooms and only one loo in one
The location is perfect as per facilities. A very much like a second home and above all person like "Ansar" is just perfect for the place. A real care taker of the property as well the guests too....
I don't want to come out of that place...
Cozinha e lava roupas disponível
Limpeza da cozinha
Roman was a good landlord. Nothing was a bother to him and shared facilities were very good.
Decor and home furnishings need updated.
reasonably clean room
Bathroom and toilets dirty Very noisy street
comfortable and adequate for my needs
Not enough information with the booking
The staff was very good and polite, always available when needed.
