not far from town and beach
Nice friendly greeting and shown the facilities. Good sized room and en suit both of which were clean and well supplied with tea, coffee etc and toiletries. Nice big window looking unto rear garden and car park. Breakfast was tasty and promptly served.
I would have liked more a more powerful shower. The king sized bed whilst comfortable was two single beds put together with the enevitable ridge in the middle. These were the only minor niggles we found and did not spoil in anyway our stay at the Cottage Court.
Great staff , good clean place , 10 minutes walk to town .
Excellent location - 10 mins walk to Tenby Harbour. Friendly staff and comfy rooms made it that much better.
The shower was pretty useless - not much pressure in it.
Able to park the car on-site Near to all facilities Room as the rear of property - nice & quiet. Good breakfast
It was quite cold when we stayed in Tenby - it would have been nice to have head heating on in the room if only for a short time. Otherwise everything was fine.
Nice lovely comfy stay
Friendly warm genuine welcome nothing was to much trouble. Spotlessly clean very comfortable well decorated and good choice of decoration. Very good food plenty of it if you wanted, only a short walk into town or the beach all in all very Good.
no change in choice of breakfast same thing every day
Very friendly owner nothing to much trouble. We was shown round and pointed out our table for breakfast. The owners daughter waited on for breakfast and coped really well and everything organised
Great welcome, clean room, good breakfast and nice location.
Internet sometimes didn't work.
Room was small and overlooking the car-park. No heating and the weather was very damp and cool. Towels did not dry, and because of damp atmosphere returning to the room in the evening was uncomfortable. When this subject was broached with the owner she was very dismissive, and said she wasn't cold, so therefore we shouldn't be cold. She said it was too early to put on the heating, which would be switched on 1st September, but the hotel is closing on 1st September for the winter! She reluctantly gave us an electric heater which did help, but the attitude spoiled our stay. Also breakfast very rushed, I asked for grapefruit segments, which were for some reason kept in the fridge in their kitchen (the yoghourts were out in the dining room so assume that the fruit wasn't as they did not want guests to have it?!). I was given some grapefruit, but before I had time to eat it my cooked breakfast was unceremoniously dumped on the table, with the comment "Oh sorry, we are rushed off our feet today". I have never had another course delivered to me at any hotel, and I stay at a lot, before I had finished the previous course. It is very bad form, and speaks volumes about the attitude of the staff. We were told we could go to breakfast anytime between 08.30 and 09.15, but what they really meant was they wanted everyone out by 09.15 am. The owner needs to go on a "people skills" course. At the end of the day they should realise it is the guests who are important not themselves! We would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone else.
Excellent room, breakfast, location and very attentive and friendly hosts! Will definitely be back.
Good breakfast. Lovely hot shower
friendly staff warm welcome clean throughout good value excellent breakfast free car parking close to town center
no wi fi reception in our bedroom
The staff was very nice and cooperative. The place is very calm and peaceful. It is well decorated and has everything you need for a sea side vacation.
It is a bit far from the sea, about 10-15 mins walk. The rooms were not serviced every day but they may be due to some other reason at that particular time.
Easy walking distance to the town and beach.
Shower pressure wasn't very good and the wifi in te bedrooms was weak
Walking distance to sea front . Easy to find when driving into town
Friendly helpful staff who were on hand if needed. Lovely location close to the town with ample parking on site, would definitely return.
Very nice staff friendly kind very clean
Noisy room on front of hotel due to traffic
Good Welcome Spotlessly Clean Very Comfortable Happy and Helpful staff
Stay too short !!
Very clean, excellent food and friendly atmosphere.
Very friendly, very clean, great breakfast, car parking, short walk into town.
Donna and her daughter were both very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The Pembrokeshire breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable and had a view of the sea and Caldey Island. Within walking distance of the town and North beach. Easy to find. Parking on site. Ate at The Buccaneer as recommended by Donna and would recommend to others.
Nice room, lovely people and good breakfast
