Easy walking distance to the town and beach.
Shower pressure wasn't very good and the wifi in te bedrooms was weak
Walking distance to sea front . Easy to find when driving into town
Friendly helpful staff who were on hand if needed. Lovely location close to the town with ample parking on site, would definitely return.
Very nice staff friendly kind very clean
Noisy room on front of hotel due to traffic
Good Welcome Spotlessly Clean Very Comfortable Happy and Helpful staff
Stay too short !!
Very clean, excellent food and friendly atmosphere.
Very friendly, very clean, great breakfast, car parking, short walk into town.
Donna and her daughter were both very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The Pembrokeshire breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable and had a view of the sea and Caldey Island. Within walking distance of the town and North beach. Easy to find. Parking on site. Ate at The Buccaneer as recommended by Donna and would recommend to others.
Nice room, lovely people and good breakfast
clean hotel good breakfast staff
bed not comfy room a bit cramped
Car parking was excellent, Breakfast was very well prepared.Away from the town centre so not noisy except for the constant traffic noise even at 2 am.
The lack of personal contact with the owners, too far out of town, bus service was advertised but times were way out, Beds were uncomfortable.
There is so much to see and do around Tenby: Norman castles, Caldey and Skomer islands, spectacular coastal walks - all within a short travelling distance. Cottage Court Hotel represents a superb base from which to explore this glorious area. You will be made to feel very welcome. Good facilities. Ten minutes walk to the town.
Recently returned from a 4 night stay at Cottage Court Hotel, had a lovely time was made to feel very welcome by Donna and her daughter, hotel very clean, beds lovely and comfy, good shower and rooms very quiet.stayed in a room at the front and this was very quiet. my 2 grown up children each had a room at the back which were also very nice rooms and also very quiet. Has its own private parking which is a bonus so you do not need to worry about parking for the duration of your stay, Breakfast very good nothing was to much trouble, hotel about 10-15 minutes walk to town center just a note that on the way back it is up hill but you can get a taxi from town for £4 for the less-abled . Could not get on the wi fi but after a word with Donna about this she went out of her way to get it on for me. to sum up Cottage Court Hotel I would say this is a family run hotel where they work really hard to ensure the comfort of their guests would stay here again.
Good location, helpful staff and clean rooms, good parking
Quiet. Shower good.
Breakfast from 8:30 to 9:15 only. Small room.
Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast, nice room.
The bed was too hard for me, plus with the window open the road was very noisy.
Staff very friendly and helpful Lovely big room and the mini fridge was a god send in the Tenby heatwave!! Plenty on site parking, we could even go away with the car for the day and return to a space.
Wi-if signal dropped a bit
Clean pleasant comfortable, and better than we expected. This hotel was good value and I wish we had stayed longer.
No poached eggs at breakfast.
Very helpful with local information, pubs, restaurants etc.Clean and modern decorated room. Late breakfast. Tea/coffee in room replenished regularly. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time.
Two reception rooms would be better to knock wall down and make one room.
LIked the lovely friendly staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the use of the fridge, the car parking, EVERYTHING! would love to stay again!!!!
Not a complaint, but only a suggestion, would have been better to have a couple of hooks behind the door or on the wall in the bathroom for towel or clothes etc whilst getting washed, and a shelf for toiletries, but this is the only thing we didnt like and in no way did it spoil our lovely holiday!
every thing well situated for walking into tenby very comfortable excellent breakfast very friendly
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good breakfast every day. Had a bar area with a communal fridge which was useful. Staff gave lots of good advice of where to eat & visit.
Felt that the time for breakfast was a little restrictive but fully understand why.
much better than last time we visited 4 years ago
friendly , helpful, quiet and good food.
Comfy bed, eggcellent breakfast, shower was great, warm and friendly atmosphere from our hosts from the start:)
Noise from floor above our room, dampness felt on everything in the room, towels were still wet on our 2nd morning. Still use and recommend it to our friends, but in another room upstairs.
