The garden and breakfast area were outstanding. It really felt like being in a country cottage, although so close to Heathrow. We also appreciated a referral to a pub with very good Thai food close by. |

We were met on arrival and welcomed. Manager and staff were friendly. The room was large and spacious and, most importantly, clean. The manager suggested things to do and places to eat since hotel only serves breakfast (we eventually came across a Toby Carvery - very reasonable). The hotel atrium/garden is as pictured - very picturesque and peaceful. It's tucked back off main road with only a small sign. We missed it on first pass like everyone else. (It's about thirty yards after the mini roundabout on the left if that helps.) Bacon with the breakfast please! I'm so pleased that's my biggest complaint compared with some of the grubby holes we've stayed in. Thanks. |

When I arrived I was a little lost, but the staff were very helpful and came to find me and showed me where to go. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice, continental and full english. Single room good size with a large bathroom. The room had a hair dryer which was good as I had forgotten mine! Couldn't find it staight away, its hidden next to the 'Jolly Gardener' pub. |

Set back behind other buildings on Cranford High Street: easy to find main-road location, but down a long drive, so it was quiet with very little traffic noise & not under the flightpath. Manager was eager to help in any way he could. Nice room with TV, clock radio, 'fridge', iron, ironing board, en-suite shower, wc & basin. Secure carpark with high walls & electric gates. |

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He tried hard to please! The location of the facility was poor. Hard to find, even for taxi. The surroundings were intiminating. Breakfast was only fair. The room was basic at best. |

The hospitality of the manager. He made sure that I was very happy. He was quick to offer advice on where to go for internet access and places to eat. He was very pleasant and helpful. I felt that the furnishings in the guest room were very simple and plain. For some people that would not be an issue. I also feel that having internet access would be an asset to this hotel. |
