The Cottage Guest House is an excellent price this is one of the factors that attracted me to book the hotel. It was also in a good location with secure free parking. Our room was separate to the hotel on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. It was peaceful, very nice and clean. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again as long as the price is right.

I have booked 1 luxury double room for me & my husband and 1 single standard room for my friend. The location was very good close to the shops and train station. Our room was superb (luxury double room), comfortable bed & very clean room. They got a fridge in the room with free bottle of water, coffee/tea facilities, and Iron /board The ambience was fantastic, we even have some photos with the lovely big apple trees, The Manager was very friendly and helpful, he's attending to all our needs. Easy access to computer wifi free of charge and free secure parking within the hotel.

My wife and I stayed there for a night and we were really suprised about the cleanliness and the comfort we felt during our stay.. Service was also great. We had a great night rest and in the morning they offered a full english breakfast which is really good! The next time we will go down in London for whatever reason, we will stay there again for sure! :)

The hotel is just 20 minuses bus ride from Heathrow terminal 123, one can easily take 111 or 105 bus to get there. The hotel rate is a good bargain, hotel staff are friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable, and breakfast is superb..

Lovely, friendly little oasis in outer London with good pub (which has good Thai restaurant) 2 mins walk away. Proper car parking, proper service and quiet - incredibly peaceful given the proximity to the airport landing path. Deluxe rooms are lovely despite being ground floor but the bathroom floors are unbelievably cold. On this occasion in Rm 19 the shower refused to deliver anything other than lukewarm water. I've stayed in Rms 16 & 17 and they did not have this problem. The room window had been left open before I checked in and even more annoyingly, it was opened whilst I was out at work (it was a 2-night stay) without my permission.

Good secure parking. Quiet. Manager was very accomodating. Needs to get a high chair for the restaurant particularly considering we stayed in a "family room". Difficult to find as the signage is small and the guest house is set back off the road.

Located very close to Heathrow but does not feel like an airport accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, cooked breakfast. A few meters walk to a local pub for drinks and a meal. Conveniently located near Windsor for a day visit to the castle with own car. Easy access to the motorway to continue travels.

Fantastic location for a young family needing to get to Heathrow - but also easy to get into London. Small and friendly, personal attention. Beats all the "chain" hotels who don't care about you. A really good find.

I enjoyed my stay, especially as I had a friendly, warm welcome from Timmy- the owner, who ensured my car was parked securely on premises, behind locked gate, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. My room was very comfortable, felt safe and secure, was clean, furnished and spacious, good lighting, T.v and had nice bathroom. My breakfast was full english - inclusiveand staff were very courteous. Thank you for super stay. I liked everything, and was very satisfied how excellent value my stay was.

This guest house is well placed to public transport for travel into the city via the underground at Heathrow and for flights to and from Heathrow Airport. The facilities and staff are excellent. We stay here as a preference during transit when flying. Our preferred booking is for a spacious delux double that has good access to the central garden. The environment at this guest house is relaxing, quiet, warm and welcoming after a long flight or a day in the city. It can be difficult to locate as street signage is poor.

A real hideaway location, secure and run by quite possibly the friendliest staff I've ever encountered! The manager will come out into the car parl when you arrive and ensure you get parked up all right (nb this I imagine also minimises selfish and untidy parking which is a bugbear of many hotel car parks). There's a handy pub across the road called The Queens Head which is also very friendly and serves real ale and good Thai food. The window in my room had been left open all day and the TRVs were turned off, so the room took all evening to warm up (never mind, see: pub, above!). Bathroom floors of ground floor rooms unbelievably cold.

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. A young woman, I think maybe of Indian descent, was able to solve all the problems I was having with getting to and from the hotel. She also brought me a special breakfast since I was leaving early. She was very professional. The website should give better instructions on how to get there. My room stunk of cigarettes. If it weren't for the staff helpfulness, I'm not sure I'd be all that thrilled.

The staff were excellent and very helpful at all times.Beds were comfy and all bed linen spotless.Towels changed on both days. Nice safe and locked secure parking.Good heating in rooms & ceiling fan if needed, Very little noise from Heathrow which is a few minutes away & even at night very quiet. Has a lovely well maintained garden & if it had been summer would have been nice to sit out in, plenty of seating out there too. It gives the impression of being in the coutryside rather than a london suburb.Would recommend. Not really a full English Breakfast, only sausage no bacon & very greasy, no choice of eggs just fried. Continental breakfast was the 2nd day choice and this was far nicer. Had a problem with no cold water 1st day, but may have been a local problem not the hotels. Also tv freeview went down for a whole day & off course analogue channels dont work now. Not a major problem just an annoyance.

This is the second time we have stayed while doing an overnight for a flight from Heathrow. It is good value for the money and you can catch a bus that takes you to Heathrow and back so you save taxi fare. The included breakfast is the best.

We were made to feel very welcome, it was ideally situated for our purpose and the the gated entrance made it feel very secure. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff willingly changed a non working lamp within a few minutes with no fuss. Breakfast was good and nicely presented.
