views, food good particularly good breakfast. Staff very friendly and good service.
reception pokey,un professional. dining room poor decor and style.lounges adequate. restaurant doubles up as breakfast room. cottage accommodation no.4 damp, musty and plumbing noises disturbing. would not stay here again
We love everything about this our favourite hotel
Thank-you for your help so late at night (after being let down by Ramada at 10.30pm). What an amazing place and excellent breakfast.
Loved the views, bedroom well equipped with everything you may need
The only thing I was not keen on was the menus stayed the same for the 2 nights we were there. Saying that the food was excellent.
The hotel is in a lovely location with wonderful views. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. We will certainly use this hotel again whilst staying in this picturesque area of England.
We loved the position of the hotel and the wonderful views. The staff were lovely and we had an excellent meal. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area
Great location and peaceful; good food and we were well looked after by the staff throughout the stay
We appreciated the warm welcome and loved the large, comfortable accommodation.
The evening Bar staff
It was by the Malvern Hills, the views were stunning and the town was easy to get to on bike or on foot.
The toilet wasn't as clean as it could of been. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned after the last guest used it.
Staff were courteous and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, views excellent, and food also.
would have preferred a shower over the bath rather than a shower head on the taps. Food portions were huge, could have been a third smaller and it would still have been adequate, all in all small grumbles which don't reflect the quality of this family run hotel.
Lovely independent hotel in a gorgeous setting. Room was comfortable and the food was very good indeed. They have an excellent wine list though unfortunately we were unable to fully indulge. Terrific value all round.
The food and the service. The walks around the hotel were good.
The room was in need of decorating as the wallpaper was peeling slightly and the walls were very marked. There were large cobwebs in the bathroom. The beds would be better with duvets rather than blankets.
Very quietly situated. Mattress and pillows extremely comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff friendly.
The mould in the shower and the discoloured shower curtain. Towels provided for only 1 person. No hair conditioner. Charge for paying by credit card. Did not realise that our room would be in a completely separate building from hotel. This is not convenient when the weather is bad. Umbrellas are provided but when we needed one they had all been used.
Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent service. Very good evening meal. Breakfast adequate but nothing special. We had a very relaxing break and will definitely return.
Only thing negative were the bar prices, found them overpriced.
We liked everything. An excellent choice. Food was amazing.
Staff and food excellent
Friendly and helpful staff.
The decor was tired looking and old fashioned.
The staff were warm & friendly the rooms were beautiful, & individual. The evening meal, though a little expensive, was excellent & worth the money! The grounds were lovely, easy walking! The views were magnificent!!!!
Rooms were very clean and comfortable with excellent daily service of the rooms. Excellent breakfast and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only negative was the free wifi. Could not connect on arrival. This was reported and the receptionist told me it would be checked the next day. The wifi was ok the next day but thereafter a bit hit and miss. However in the main hotel it was fine. So it was only a minor inconvenience.
the stunning scenery from the hotel is amazing - very quiet and relaxing home from home nothing too much trouble from the staff - a very unique stay can certainly recommend the hotel - the walks around the hotel are a treat and amazing
only had a stay for 1 night
The position - the view is fabulous Eveything you could need in the room, even binoculars for the view! Attention to quality (even the loo paper! Caring, helpful staff Excellent food both dinner and breakfast
The road up is a bit dificult with narrow hair-pin bend
There is not one area I could fault with this hotel. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable, Food was Excellent, Staff were friendly and helpful.
All staff members were fantastic and could not be more helpful. Stunning location. Excellent food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ample parking after negotiating the narrow access road up to the hotel.
Our standard bedroom was a bit cramped but still very comfortable. We felt that although there were some interesting creations, the price for dinner the courses was slightly expensive. Water pressure in the "cottage" room was low.
