We were there for my Nephew's wedding. It all went really well, everyone really enjoyed the Wedding & their stay at Cottons Hotel. The staff were great, the breakfast was supurb. Great value for money. The bed was dissapointing, old mattrass. No fridge in room.

Luxury but not stuffy or snobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, who upgraded us to a suite because it was our wedding anniversary. Great facilities, including pool/spa.

Very poor evening food. Sandwiches ordered, as late arrival , were not as described on the menu. They were chunks of cheese between buttered cut loaf. No mirror by hair dryer Plastic cover on mattress

The spa was a nice extra and the food in the bar was excellent. Staff in the bar, and the spa were also v.helpful with only reception letting things down slightly. The rooms are slightly dated and could do with modernising.

Location & breakfast was quite good The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable , it was noisy as regards people above and around you you could hear everything , toilets flushing , wardrobe doors banging etc

First of all, I thought the reception was very informative about finding our room and our table bookings. The meals were fairly price yet tasted great. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the variety of breakfast was great. We booked appointments at the spa and the "life saving back massage" was absolutely fantastic!

The stay was excellent. Staff were motivated to make the stay pleasent and gave good indications about things to do nearby. The food in the restaurant was very nice and the staff made the effort to give us a secluded table one evening for a quiet meal. Did not try the SPA so cannot comment, but seems to be well equiped

My family have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and feel it is a friendly, comfortable and safe place to be. The staff are friendly and accomodating,am sure we will use the hotel again in near future.
