Preis Leistung für diese Lage völlig akzeptabel. Zimmer war etwas klein, aber sehr sauber! Frühstück reichlich, alles in allem ein gelungener Kurztrip nach London! |

Am besten hat uns die Lage des Hotels, die Einrichtung des Zimmers und die Hotelbar gefallen. Bei Ticketwünschen wurde ebenfalls geholfen. DasEin- und Auschecken verlief eher nüchtern, aber sonst ok. Der Frühstücksbereich ist für dieses Hotel definitiv viel zu klein, man muss teilweise warten, damit man frühstücken kann. Am schlimmsten war, dass es am Tag der Abreise nicht möglich war eine halbe Stunde vor dem offiziellen Beginn der Frühstückszeit ein kleines Frühstück zu bekommen. Deshalb fuhren wir nüchtern zum Bahnhof. |

zentral gelegen, nur 300 meter zur nächsten U-Bahn station. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem auch sehr nah zum Kensington Park. Ein Standard Doppelzimmer ist wirklich nur was für frisch verliebte. Das Bett ist eigentlich ein größeres Einzelbett. Und wer nach London fährt, weiß´, das die Zimmer wirklich klein sind, aber man will ja was von der Stadt sehen und nicht das Zimmer :-) |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist von Vorteil. Es bestehen gute Anbindungen durch die nahe gelegenen U-Bahn-Stationen. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr gut sortiert. Ebenso stand bei kleinen Problemen sofort das Servicepersonal zur Verfügung. Nur Klimaanlage - keine direkte Frischluftzufuhr möglich ! |

nur Location! für ein 4 Stern Hotel wo der Preuis 141.- Funta ist und kein Bar im Zimmer ist finde ich nicht in Ordnung! |

I thought the location was very good for the underground station at Gloucester Road. Very good also for the Royal Albert Hall. The Full English Breakfast was very good My wife and I thought the rooms should be more soundproofed than they are. We could hear other people in other rooms |

Convenient location, close to alot of amenities, staff very helpful. On arrival, had coffee and pastry but the coffee was awful and pastry was not that fresh and thought it was expensive for the quality offered. |

Nothing. The hotel should not be classed as 4 star, more like a good 2 star. I was very disappointed. The service lift was broken so a very tiny lift was being used by everyone and we had to wait for a long time to get in it. We then had to squeeze in beside the very embarrassed laundry chap and his piles of laundry. The rooms are very small and the couple we were with found several items of dirty underwear in the drawer which appeared to have been there for some time. Not nice. Breakfast not great either although staff pleasant. |

The standard of the housekeeping was first class The hotel would benefit from air conditioning , the air con and extraction in the bathroom didn't work. The shower head and water pressure was a joke. Only 1 pillow per bed ! |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great for getting around London on the tube and was in a nice quiet area. The hotel walls are so thin, so if you are unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbours (like we did) you won't sleep! |

the location was great and the room was ok but small normal for london train station very close 4 min walk the manager was not helpful i book a wake up call and never got it and he just do not care and there is no alarm clock in the room the food was poor |

Very small room. I stayed in a compact double room because the lady in the reception made a mistake (I had booked a larger one) and the bedroom was too smal. In the end I got a 40 pound discount but still I found it too expensive |
