a short distance from earl`s court and Piccadilly line that takes you conveniently to Heathrow, good bed, bathroom large enough. also enough closet space. Nice to have the oppurtunity for tea and biscuits in the room there was a door connecting two rooms and you could hear normal talk from the adjoining room.also being able to open the window would have ment fresher air in the room

Cheap room but see below for why. The room (called "compact") was tiny and there wasn't really enough room for two people.

The location is great, staff was very helpful and breakfast very good. All in all, an excellent value for money, taking in consideration it is about London. Two single beds sticked together do not make a double bed.

Friendly staff on reception, room comfortable and we appreciated free soft drink availability Entrance was poor, when we found the toilet in the main hotel we had to walk through building works which felt uncomfortable and no apologies were made by the 3 staff we came into contact with along the way (which was down a very tight stair well). It was advertised with exciting pictures but failed to live up to them, and we were disappointed there was no restaurant for dinner. Also shower was visably rusty.

The room was very quiet even though it looked onto Cromwell Rd. Very easy access to tube at Gloucester Rd and Earl's Court and to local buses. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, Comfortable. A very good choice of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby.

I have stayed in many (many!!!) London hotels, and each time, I either think "that was ok but not great" or "that was pretty awful" and I have never wanted to stay in the same hotel again. However, I may have found my London hotel with this one! I was looking forward to my stay and was no disappointed. The room was spacious (by English standards, small by American standards) and beautifully decorated with new furnishings, and really nice little extras like free chilled bottled water and soft drinks, bathrobes, etc. The location was fantastic for travelling around London, near two Tube stops and easy to find. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have already begun looking at dates for my next stay there, and so pleased to have found a "keeper" central London hotel! Breakfast being included with my offer would have been the icing on the cake, but as there is a tasteful coffee shop at the entrance to this hotel, there were other options.

A nice hotel located in a beautiful area, with two tube stations in 5 minutes of walking (one of them going directly to Heathrow airport). Big shopping centres are close-by. Friendly personnel. Spacey rooms with comfortable beds. Very much value for money. It was too hot in the room, the airco was not working properly and it was not possible to open the window. Another annoying thing was that the safe in the room was broken, so all the valuables we had to carry around while in the city.

The location was great on the District and Piccadilly lines. Great for airport commute. Our tv didn't work and it took them hours to work out that they need to move us to another room. The hotel is obviously getting done up gradually and the smell of fresh paint was everywhere. Breakfast was far too expensive.

Location. I booked an Executive King Room. Whereas the facilities were of a godd standard in the room, the size of the room was very disappointing. I could have got a bigger room at Premier Inn!
