Very small room. I stayed in a compact double room because the lady in the reception made a mistake (I had booked a larger one) and the bedroom was too smal. In the end I got a 40 pound discount but still I found it too expensive |

Helpful staff. Breakfast, bed, walls through which you can virtually hear everything, distance to the tube station. |

Wi-fi access and location Room was very noisy - could hear everything the couples on either side were doing and saying, including the non-stop arguing Scottish couple. Comfort double was very tiny. Found a cockroach crawling in my bed so I cancelled the rest of my booking and found somewhere else to stay. Definitely not as advertised. |

Quality Crown was a decent stay. Somewhat overpriced, but it is close enough to the tube (5-10 minutes depending on walking speed!) and clean. Also near the tube station are a selection of restaurants (the dim sum one is awesome, its called DimT... Yum!) Grocery stores nearby (including a mini tesco open very late, maybe even 24 hours?!) A bit overpriced for what you get and the breakfast was not very good. Quite tasteless actually but the selection is alright (eggs, bacon, beans, toast, cereal, breads, jams). |

It was handy for the West End of town and the breakfasts were good, if not brilliant. Serving staff were very helpful I was shocked at the size of the rooms and the beds. It was not at all clear to me when booking using Booking.com that I was to be given a budget sized room for what I considered a decent rate. Each of our 3 rooms was tiny, with narrow corridors and tiny bathrooms. The TV service was awful - a complex guide through TV and films was clumsy to use with limited TV options. Most of the entertainment available had to be paid for. The hotel internet service in the foyer cost £5 for 30 mins - this is rediculous in this day and age and would shock any US customer who is used to this FOC. |

Quality Crown is well situated - within walking distance of some attractions and well serviced by public transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. |

I appreciated the hotel's situation, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, the general quality of the room and hotel, and the reasonable rates. |

The hotel is very well situated. Two underground stations are very nearby. Hide park and several musea are in walking distance. The room was very small. The full English breakfast was not tasteful. |

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The air-conditioning was really welcome because of the heat in London. |

I like the position of the hotel, reception and free access to the internet The only thing I did not like is the elivature because they use only one and it is too busy and I hope if they put 2. |
