Quality Crown Hotel Kensington

Hyvä äänieristys ulkoa tulevaa melua vastaan. Tunkeilematon henkilökunta. Tehokas siivous. Hyvä sijainti. Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan. Tarjoilu aamiaisella oli ystävällistä, nopeaa ja tehokasta.

Pieni huone: Maksoin ylimääräistä saadakseni ison huoneen (superior?). Silti huone oli pieni kuin vaatekomero. Se näytti kuvassa paljon isommalta kuin todellisuudessa. Huono äänieristys naapurihuoneista. Kokolattiamatto ja siitä johtuva tunkkainen ilma. Pieni pöytätila ja siitäkin suurimman osan vei täysin tarpeeton näppäimistö.

I thought the location was very good for the underground station at Gloucester Road. Very good also for the Royal Albert Hall. The Full English Breakfast was very good

My wife and I thought the rooms should be more soundproofed than they are. We could hear other people in other rooms

The hotel was very convenient for museums, Royal Albert Hall and tube station at Gloucester Road.

The hotel should not be classed as 4 star, more like a good 2 star. I was very disappointed. The service lift was broken so a very tiny lift was being used by everyone and we had to wait for a long time to get in it. We then had to squeeze in beside the very embarrassed laundry chap and his piles of laundry. The rooms are very small and the couple we were with found several items of dirty underwear in the drawer which appeared to have been there for some time. Not nice. Breakfast not great either although staff pleasant.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great for getting around London on the tube and was in a nice quiet area.

The hotel walls are so thin, so if you are unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbours (like we did) you won't sleep!

Very small room. I stayed in a compact double room because the lady in the reception made a mistake (I had booked a larger one) and the bedroom was too smal. In the end I got a 40 pound discount but still I found it too expensive

The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent

Quality Crown was a decent stay. Somewhat overpriced, but it is close enough to the tube (5-10 minutes depending on walking speed!) and clean. Also near the tube station are a selection of restaurants (the dim sum one is awesome, its called DimT... Yum!) Grocery stores nearby (including a mini tesco open very late, maybe even 24 hours?!)

A bit overpriced for what you get and the breakfast was not very good. Quite tasteless actually but the selection is alright (eggs, bacon, beans, toast, cereal, breads, jams).
