Quality Crown Hotel Kensington

Simpatia dos funcionários, pequeno almoço variado e com serviço eficiente. Apesar de estar habituado a quartos um pouco mais espaçosos o quarto tem tudo o que se pode esperar de um hotel de 4* standard e bem arrumado/limpo durante a estadia

Os quartos de casal de reduzida dimensão deveriam ser para uso individual. O meu quarto era muito pequeno e não tinha frigorifico. A cama de casal era muito estreita e estava encostada na parede. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas a area do quarto era muito reduzida.

I thought the location was very good for the underground station at Gloucester Road. Very good also for the Royal Albert Hall. The Full English Breakfast was very good

My wife and I thought the rooms should be more soundproofed than they are. We could hear other people in other rooms

The hotel was very convenient for museums, Royal Albert Hall and tube station at Gloucester Road.

The hotel should not be classed as 4 star, more like a good 2 star. I was very disappointed. The service lift was broken so a very tiny lift was being used by everyone and we had to wait for a long time to get in it. We then had to squeeze in beside the very embarrassed laundry chap and his piles of laundry. The rooms are very small and the couple we were with found several items of dirty underwear in the drawer which appeared to have been there for some time. Not nice. Breakfast not great either although staff pleasant.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great for getting around London on the tube and was in a nice quiet area.

The hotel walls are so thin, so if you are unfortunate enough to have noisy neighbours (like we did) you won't sleep!

Very small room. I stayed in a compact double room because the lady in the reception made a mistake (I had booked a larger one) and the bedroom was too smal. In the end I got a 40 pound discount but still I found it too expensive

The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent

Breakfast, bed, walls through which you can virtually hear everything, distance to the tube station.
