No night staff, unable to leave keys early.

You were served at breakfast rather than a buffet style.

trying to get out of the car park, the trafic was horrendous.

It was Ok.Owner was very pleasant and we were not charged for extra night booked which we had to cancel due to ilness.

No heating on in lounge inspite of zero temps outside. Toast was dibolical.

placed in the room above two washing machines taking water in at all times plus the spinning on the washes also the tumble drier non stop absolutely horrendous got no sleep plus A plastic sheet under sheet come on?

Very close to Carnforth train station.

We tried to order food at 7.50pm and were told that they had stopped serving food, even though on the boards outside it says that food is served til 8pm! We weren't very happy about that! I suggest they change the time on the boards outside! The reception/bar closes at 9pm! You can't get breakfast before 7.30am! Other hotels i've stayed at will accommodate for this, by suggesting they make you a sandwich or something, and leave it somewhere for you!

I have stayed at the county a couple of times now and obviously wouldn’t have if it was no good. The accommodation is separate from the main building and is a fairly new build so is design for this purpose therefore the rooms are a good size and well laid out with sufficient cupboard space and drawers. Staffs are very friendly and there is a nice public bar with a good menu, I haven’t eaten in the restaurant but it seems to be busy and the food I have had the quality is very good.

It's a good freindly hotel, not any frills but for the price has what you need.

Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Food was of a good standard with wide variety of choice. Plenty of paring space.

only stayed one night but service was exellent and friendly, good cooked breakfast the next morning and a receptionist with a great sense of humour when we got to pay for or stay.

Generally good basic in/out hotel, which is what we used it for. Free wifi was nice.

No sustenance available at 9.15pm on a Friday evening at height of holiday season!!

Made to feel welcome by all. Room was good. Food excellent but thought breakfast bit on expensive side. Have stayed there before and still as good as the first time stayed.

good & freindly, good breakfast, clean & tidy rooms, although located on a road juction the trafic noise was OK, also was able to book in early so as to change for out 13.00 apointment.

The meal in the evening was lovely and the waitress was really friendly and effecient.
