Situated just 10 minutes' drive from the Channel Tunnel Terminal, this traditional sea-facing hotel is situated on The Leas, Folkestone's cliff-top promenade.

This 4-star hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Dover’s port, and 5 minutes’ walk from the centre. It offers tours of Dover, charming Regency decor, and many rooms with picturesque waterfront views.
Score from 683 reviews Good
Conveniently located, Premier Inn Dover Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal) is in close proximity to the cruise and ferry terminals and just a short walk to Dover town centre and Dover Castle.
Score from 825 reviews Fabulous
lack of safe parking, quality of mattresses
A lovely budget hotel, not the most modern but for the price you can look past it. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and we would definitely stay again. Location is perfect for tourists, 5 minutes from the harbour/town, close to the castle and other tourist attractions. Loved that we got the pool completely to ourselves in the evening!
Everything was great :)
The staff at reception were very accomidating and plesant.
all of it . the room facilitie were exstremly poor for example in one room the toliet flusher didnt work , mould in the bath, out of date tv which elder residents had moved rooms because of this ., poor signals and needs re decorating. The pool changing rooms were vile dirty, smelling, hadnt been cleaned at all and only one room to get changed in this was appaling . As for the pool !!!!!! so unclean, the water was to cloudy and murky and for younger children, example- my grandchildren - the drop of 4ft 6 - 6ft 7 is dangerous. Breakfast was over priced for the amount given . The choice was very limited and didnt even have earl grey tea. The waiting staff didn't understand orders and service is poor. Over all the experience was unpleasant we would not recommend.
Ok for over night stay before catching ferry to France
The foyer was dull, dank and dark.
beds very old & uncomfortable
lift alongside my room was noisy.
Cleaniness of the room
Good to find when you arrive with the ferry, good breakfast
TV wasn´t working, the bathroom was nice, but the shower had a problem as well. Was a little bit trouble when you arrive at night...
our floor in our room was wet and you couldn't use the phone for an outside call the first room tv did not work this the 2nd hotel we have booked with that has been S!!!!!!!! last year was a bad one
the location is very convenient, the staff are really helpfull, The room is really big and spacious, the view was amazing.
We been allocate us on the room the shower was not working because of limescale and maintenance problem, we been moved 2 othe rooms, The hotel is really Poor condition..i will not recomend it to my friends
Great location for ferry ports. Big room. Cheap.
Not an attractive building. Pillows were a bit thin!
Very, Very, Very Limited choice in restaurant. Burnt Omelet and chips No Whisky No Tonic Water for Gin Did not chance a breakfast
not a lot
noisy street & overhot room
Comfortable beds, lovely shower.
Noise from the traffic.
The staff were very good. Room was good. Very clean.
Not much parking. The TV in the room didn't work. The breakfast was ok nothing special. The guallity was poor for the price. My partner got bitten on her stomach which didn't start the holiday of good. She said it was from the hotel but then i didn't get bitten.
the guy on reception was as helpfull as he could be.
the bad was trash, the covers were dirty, the TV didnt work correctly, only 2 cups in the room that was for 4 people and 2 towels, we stay here 3 times a year when we go to the motor racing at Lydden hill, this was the worst ever stay, room 304 needs sorting !
Spacious room, easy parking, tremendous value for money, prime location for ferry, will always return
the beds new mattress and the rooms could do with a lick of paint
Near to Dover port
TV not working and staff not helpful ,bedding outdated eg use duvets .
Location near ferry port & spacious room with good facilities.
Rooms could do with being redecorated & limited free parking spots available. Service in the bar very slow and no coffee available.
Dirty dirty hotel would recommend to my worst enemy! Dated! Just horrible got out as soon as we could! Never go back!
We loved the location of the hotel & the price. Excellent size room. Good tea & coffee making facilities.
We didn't like the fact we didn't get the floor we request but that's something minor as we have always been able to ask for a different floor before. The room got very warm & opening the doors resulted in very noisey traffic and disturbed sleep.
No ventilation in rooms, except leaving glass doors open but above a very busy road, so had to shut it to be able to hear TV and to sleep. Housekeeping staff did not clean facilities properly, didn't replace toilet paper, didn't clean or change glasses and mugs in room. Staff unresponsive for requests to have problems rectified.
