Conveniently located, Premier Inn Dover Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal) is in close proximity to the cruise and ferry terminals and just a short walk to Dover town center and Dover Castle.

Opposite Dover Priory Train Station and 5 minutes from the Ferry Port and Cruise terminals, Dover's Restover is a Victorian town house offering comfortable guest accommodations and free parking.
Score from 211 reviews Very good
Perfect for getting ferry. Couldn't be closer or easier.
People who choose to come here really need to know it is extremely scuzzy and grim and in a dodgy area. If you are expecting this and want a cheap very convenient stop for ferry then you will be satisfied, like we were, but if you want a nice, lovely place to stay then it is definitely not the place for you.
Dirty rooms carpets filty noisy road old and tired hotel was awake all night because of traffic
Position, parking, easy check in
Bar lacking variety, tv reception awful, food overpriced, beds and pillows lumpy, very seedy appearance give me a premier inn anytime
Everything. I will email with my full complaint within the next couple of days
Good clean room, Friendly reception, reasonable cooked breakfast. We got what we paid for. Very convenient for access to docks.
Location next to A20 and midst demolition area. Many residents using lobby area for internet connection. Parking not secure.
Big room with comfortable beds.
The noise from the street when opening a window.
the whole ambiance of The County Hotel is superb. It is sad to see an old friend die like this. it is due for compulsory purchase and demolition,so there has been NO INVESTMENT. Bye old friend, your days are over.
We did have adjoining rooms as requested
Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Levers thing is run down and dirty, I was actually frightened for my children's safety here. We stayed for one night before an early ferry. Way way way over priced, we paid £110 for two rooms, I wouldnt even pay half that. TVs in both rooms did not work properly, the bathroom was filthy. The rooms were ridiculously hot, and u could not turn the heating down or off. Do not stay here
The hotel felt dirty there was no double bed the bathroom was dirty there was a huge rip in the carpet under the bed an 2 condoms one in the pack an the outher was out
Possibility to check in at night
We could hardly find the hotel at night. And even when we found we couldn't believe this building is not a prison but a hotel. The carpets inside need cleaning, as well as the coverings. I didn't risk to use the bathroom. When we came to breakfast we saw glasses that were washed a couple of years ago at best. Would not advice to anyone, only if you are shoot a scary film))
Location very central ideal for ferry staff nice
Very tired looking building inside and out ,no secure parking did not feel safe people hanging around in lobby and outside the main entrance . room smelt like a smoker had just vacated it and bedding clean but rather dire had I been in a position to stop elsewhere I would have , we were only booked for one night due to a ferry crossing but wish we'd had paid the little extra and stopped in premier inn round the corner
easy to find, helpful staff .
We didn't like having to make our own beds before we could get in them, as the bedding was folded double and left unmade, the toilet flush had to be pumped to make it work, the television had unexplained digits on the screen and the whole thing vibrated, no doubt because like the hotel it was tired and outdated, the carpets were dirty and in some places, especially near the window, was damp and stained, the wall were dirty and the whole place needs some time and money spent on it. the breakfast was disappointing and not at all what we expected.
The location was easy to find and close to where I had to be the following morning
Far too noisy with the main road outside, no record of my initial booking, the room wasn't very clean and whole decor very tired. Over priced breakfast for what was made available. Unlikely to stay there again.
get what you pay for clean tidy room no noise to say at side of main road easy walk into dover
Room was clean and comfortable there was free wifi. Staff friendly and helpful Easy to find and excellent access to Dover Port. good parking Tea & coffee making facility
Nothing to complain about really
rooms far to hot , pillows well past sellby date, beds like sleeping on a bag of king edwards, breakfast very poor>have asked for a refund, but not recived one yet.
Location is excellent for ferry connections. .In this day and age, reasonable value for money
Limited unsecured parking
I found the location for the Port very good.
there was more metal sticking through the matress than there was in Dover Scrap yard. I had a very uncumforable night. There was no shower gel or soap to use when I went to have a shower. The TV in the room worked but had a very loud buzzing all the time.
Close to Ferry port, clean white towels
Dirty corridors, old shabby furniture ,bathroom smelly of mildew, bed springs through mattress, TV old did not work.
Good location for ferry stopover and restaurants Economical rate Free parking
Right on main road to ferry, heavy traffic Building and grounds look a little run-down/dirty As non-smokers we didn't like coming and going through smokers standing at the front entrance
Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is a short distance from Dover Castle, restaurants, the ferry, and the sea. Reasonable price.
Poor Wi-Fi connection.
Mattress on bed was worn out springs poking through which made for very uncomfortable night
When I asked for extra pillow staff immediately got one for me. Breakfast was good value for money. Staff were very welcoming.
bathroom had mold on tiles which was unsightly. bathroom was clean but could do with regrouting.
