Car parking: This is on a first come first served basis. I arrived late at the hotel 9pm ish to be told that there was no spaces left in the car park and would have to park in the car park the hotel uses, I was given a ticket to put in my car and given directions of where to go. I didn't feel safe walking back to the hotel on my own as a female traveler.
Room service: I got back to my room at 10.10pm after walking back from the car park, I went to order room service a hot meal as I had been on the road since 7am that morning, to be told that the kitchen shuts down at 9.30pm, no mention of this when checking in.
Breakfast: I went down for breakfast, had to wait for a table - 5 mins, not an issue, took my order for tea and toast, will be back to take your order for breakfast, 15 mins later I got my tea and toast, 5 mins after that they came to take my order, which I couldn't order a breakfast as I had to get to my venue where I was working.
A recommendation for the parking for me would be to give priority to female customers travelling on their own.
Reception staff very polite and professional, room very clean and comfortable.
