1. The fire alarm was activated three times falsely. 2. The soap, shower gel and tea facilities were either empty or nearly so. 3. The shower tray did not drain away properly and a shower had to be abandond to avoid flooding the bathroom. 4. Most of the others in my party were charged £70 for the night as opposed to my £130.

Clean room, comfy bed, great bathroom. Nice that one could order fresh milk for tea and coffee, delivered to the room at no extra cost. Needed curtains in the bedroom. Breakfast (did not have) was very pricey. £13.95 for and English breakfast is too high. Firends who were with us had it and said it was not value for money at all.

The guy who worked the night(kunan) desk and the staff at the bar..very friendly I didn't have any breakfast, yet the woman at the checkout still insisted on charging me for it...didn't bother trying to convince her otherwise...

The staff are very nice and accommodating. I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived they allowed for an early check-in and were extremely helpful.

As I was there for Hospital visits ,the staff were helpful and considerate. Also the Hotel is near to rail and bus stations when without a car .

Always dusty; lamps, telephones and the bathrooms are never clean enough; this time there was toothpaste in the glass in the bathroom on arrival. There is always evidence that someone stayed in the room before you as the cleaning staff never clean properly here.

the staff were friendly..helpful..24hr reception..bar opening till 2am..the room which i stayed in was perfect..overall couldnt fault a thing an will defo be going back..great place i loved it...food was lovely...wide choices at breakfast too..good value for money.

The man on reception during the day on the 28th and 29th of January was so nice and very helpful :) he could not be faulted at all The man on reception during the night I stayed was extremely rude! He made nasty comments as I come in and didnt smile even when I smiled at him.

Good price at £99 for double room plus gorgeous buffet breakfast. Very kind staff. Didn't use restaurant during evening as had young children and menu/dining room appeared too adult/posh for kids! Travel cot supplied for youngest. Good written information in room and at reception. Shower powerful. Room clean and tidy. Wish I had found extra pillows in wardrobe earlier! Slept too flat! No complaints at all.
