Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Accepted dogs and as travelling with
our dog very important factor.

Parking first come first served basis and needed to be directed as
round the back of the hotel and was not apparent on arrival as in the
city centre

A little bit 'old' and tired hotel. Needs tlc.

Friendly and helpful staff , made to feel at home

Not as such , but botchergate ( the main road outside the front of the
hotel ) is closed off on friday and saturday nights , and there is a
complicated one way traffic system , so we had a problem finding the
entrance to the car park which could only be reached from the back of
the hotel . perhaps the provision of a simple map would help !

rooms need refurbishment. Very 'run down' No air condition in rooms, needed to enable closing windows at night, (noise level from outside)

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was extremely small with very little to move around, but on saying that the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel could do with a bit of an overall as it is looking a bit on the tired side. The bathroom was in need of some renovation as there were cracks in the tiles and the shower rail was held in place with tape.

Food was terrible, room uncomfortable, no lock on inside of the door.
