Lovely environment; Good food; Very helpful staff.
Shower needs more pressure; Bed dipped in the middle; Breakfast not included in price.
Nearly everything. Fine dining. Nice staff. Nice room
It would be nice to have a workout option, especially with the welsh weather.
General décor, beautiful location, friendly service, quality of food. Four-poster and Jacuzzi!
Can't think of anything - swimming pool would be nice!
The Bokkra restaurant. The friendly staff
We liked the hotel rooms and the views, also the convenient restaurant.
Unfortunately there were no blinds in the bathroom, making it difficult to use the toilet and even more difficult to use the shower, especially as people were in full view of our window as they strolled along.

The lovely country house ,the theme room ,the Indian food and the staff.
The staff were so friendly and polite. The room was very comfortable. The location was excellent surrounded by beautiful grounds and landscape. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
Very limited food choice in the restaurant for vegetarians.
Location and staff in the hotel.
Room was poor
Lovely old country house, great restaurant and lovely features. In need of a little TLC
Low water pressure on 2nd floor
The room was in need of an update.
I've stayed a few times, there has been a definite improvement in staffing and a definite improvement in professionalism. I really enjoy staying there, friendly and helpful without being over bearing.
The location, it was easy to reach from the motorway but felt quiet and remote once you'd arrived. The building look fantastic and was in a great setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Indian restaurant food was very good.
The small basin in the bathroom.
Nice surroundings Lovely staff relaxing environment good food
Pleasant and helpful staff. Indian food comfortable rooms
Tinned fruit for breakfast desk not manned 24/7
The rooms were lovely as and the staff were very helpful
Breakfast was not the best quality and a bit hap hazard and rushed. It didn't quite live up to the rest if the experience.
Guest wifi was excellent and made working from the hotel very easy. The location was good with plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly.
There is a train line at the bottom of the lawn so a few over night trains disturbed my sleep and the decor in the room I was in could do with updating.
This was our second stay the surrounding our gorgeous. The general feel of the olde worldy atmosphere is lovely.
My fathers room (a single) was very old and tired looking and quite cramped. Ours was fine.
The hotel suits my needs after a long drive, nice rooms, excellent food and a pleasent bar area.
Comfortable room Good views Hotel staff very helpful
Extra single bed in room made the usage of the room more difficult to use .ie Tea making facilities very tight to use Unable to turn lights off from the bed Restaurant service extremely slow although food very good.
The location, the grandness but with the modern finish, the food was exceptional, only the wifi let it down but the place more than made up for it.
Wifi was a bit patchy, a small price to pay for such breaktaking surroundings
Great location and frienly staff
No hot water first thing -very poor quality bathroom -not enough staff
> No hot water for 12-15 hours. > Having to wait an hour and a half for food in the restaurant. > Friends paid two thirds what we did for much better rooms.
