Stafff were excellent The room was noisy and the bed was not very comfortable, to be frank it was rather dated and I had expected much better, I have recently stayed at the The Soho Hotel and City Suites both of which were considerably better, although the top one by far was the Soho experience.

Stayed here as we went to see the Lion King. The location was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms immaculate, as always though the T.v in both rooms we occupied we're less then brilliant (quality of picture wise). However this seems to be a theme in London hotels no matter where you stay and how much you pay. As always for a London hotel the price was expensive, I think at the end of the day it's just a room and £165 just to put your head down is a bit much. However paying over the odds in London is always to be expected. All in all, nicely presented hotel, clean, polite staff, comfortable beds what more do you need.

The very good customer service of Tialo at reception and lisa at the bar. This hotel claims 5 stars but is just a 3 star. The service is bad, the window broken ( promised to fix but nothing was done) the housekeeping rings the door at 8am and walks in without taking notice of the "do not disturb" sign. Housekeeping takes the personal champagne glasses away so you are left wit h nothing. The concierge does not know the area. The sauna and swimming pool open after you leave and close before you get back. The roof terrace is closed 6 months of the year and the manager apologises for his own shortcomings but it stays at that. Never again!

The staff alone were enough to make me return. The hotel met all our expectations and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The check in staff were delightful.

Maybe the best location for exploring London (I say that as a Londoner!), friendly staff, clean rooms and everything looked very smart. Given large cookies on arrival - very welcome! Only instant coffee and no herbal tea in our room. For the price of the room one would like to see some fresh coffee (coffee bags maybe?) and a larger selection of teas.

Very convenient location for shops, Theatre and Tube. Hotel was very well laid out as a converted court house which we found most interesting We got woken up at 9am on sunday morning to see if we were ready to check out! We never thought to put the do not disturb sign out!

Thw whole team was just absolutely brilliant, the food was great, room was a good size for its location. Loved the cookie. Restored my faith in the hilton brand. The dressing gowns position - they hang into the toilet - yuk!

The location was superb very close to theatre land and the tube. The room was poorly decorated. The furniture was dated and poorly repaired, the carpet was stained and the room felt more like a travel; lodge than a 5 star luxury hotel. The room I ordered was a poor reflection of the hotel and as a treat for my wife and I it left me disappointed.the airconditioning was so loud it woke me at 3 am. Had we spent anymore time in the room I would have complained but my wife was ok with it so I didn't bother. Breakfast was mediocre and had to ask for tea spoons as none were put out. Too many things spoiled the stay to make up for the location.

Good Location 1.Maintanence is poor; had a leak in my bathroom from the floor and the door did some strange noises even after close 2.Didn't have in the room a trolly stand which is very strange 3.Internet access cost is 15 GBP which is carzy and still you can't send email from outlook because they are blocking it 4. Way too expensive for what the hotel gives

excellent location, nice, clean & quite hotel the fitness room was rather a fitness corridor 3x2 m2. Moreover the whole welness center (sauna, swimming pool, fitness) closes at 7pm so for a business trip when you come back after work at 6pm unusable.

Loved the bar and cocktails, unfortunately no roof terrace due to time of year. Restaurant were smart and overall the hotel was very well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful and room service was excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely have a burger from the 24 hour menu! Slightly basic room for a 5 star but the amenities made up for this.

The room was really big, comfortable and nicely designed. The location is awesome - it's really easy to get to the central places (Picadilly) but also I.E. Notting Hill. Courthouse burger is tasty, one of the better hotel burgers I had. The Wifi Internet access did not work in my room. Beside the burger, hotel food was average or poor. This is not a value for money hotel for sure.

A very good location, rooms were vbery quiet , beds were good although my wife likes a firmer bed but overall very good, we did not dine in the hotel as we found more than enough choices what ever corner you turn. Staff were very courtioius and pleasant We wanted to take some pictures on the roof top terrace but found the door locked, could not undrerstand why.
