Loved the bar and cocktails, unfortunately no roof terrace due to time of year. Restaurant were smart and overall the hotel was very well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful and room service was excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely have a burger from the 24 hour menu! Slightly basic room for a 5 star but the amenities made up for this.

the staff were so courteous - the best point is that all staff all greeted you with a smile which to me goes a long long away - the rooms were excellent and of course the hotel was next door to the theatre so my mum who is 83 didnt have far to walk.. wonderful.

Very convenient location for shops, Theatre and Tube. Hotel was very well laid out as a converted court house which we found most interesting We got woken up at 9am on sunday morning to see if we were ready to check out! We never thought to put the do not disturb sign out!

Position, friendly, comfortable lounge and bedroom Stayed in a Queen Room l overlooking Carnaby Street. Beautiful location, but the curtains did not meet, and the street lights kept us awake for some time.

Thw whole team was just absolutely brilliant, the food was great, room was a good size for its location. Loved the cookie. Restored my faith in the hilton brand. The dressing gowns position - they hang into the toilet - yuk!

The location was superb very close to theatre land and the tube. The room was poorly decorated. The furniture was dated and poorly repaired, the carpet was stained and the room felt more like a travel; lodge than a 5 star luxury hotel. The room I ordered was a poor reflection of the hotel and as a treat for my wife and I it left me disappointed.the airconditioning was so loud it woke me at 3 am. Had we spent anymore time in the room I would have complained but my wife was ok with it so I didn't bother. Breakfast was mediocre and had to ask for tea spoons as none were put out. Too many things spoiled the stay to make up for the location.

The location is excellent; right at the entrance to Carnaby Street and just a short walk to Oxford Street and Regent Street. The breakfast was just a ridiculous price. The barman hardly spoke English; I tried to order a Cognac and he said they didn't sell that (there were five bottles on the shelf behind him)! I settled for whisky and found out later that on the drinks menu cognac was listed as Brandy... I would have thought a five star hotel in London knew better than to refer to Cognac as Brandy. (Call me a snob, but it is a five star hotel!)

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is ideally located close to Oxford Circus and Regent Street. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is adjacent to a musical theatre and some nights it can be quite noisy until the performance is finished (around 10:30pm) depending on which side the room is located.

Good Location 1.Maintanence is poor; had a leak in my bathroom from the floor and the door did some strange noises even after close 2.Didn't have in the room a trolly stand which is very strange 3.Internet access cost is 15 GBP which is carzy and still you can't send email from outlook because they are blocking it 4. Way too expensive for what the hotel gives
