Excellent location, staff very friendly & helpful.. Got an upgrade on arrival to a king suite & able to check in early which was a bonus. Will definitely stay there again

Only thing we could have done with was some slippers as the bathroom floor was cold but otherwise no complaints

Fantastic location

Expensive ,pool and spa only open between 10 am and 7 pm . Just when everybody is out of the hotel . Could not lock the bedroom window so people from outside could slide window up and walk in . Window frames were filthy .no movies for kids available .

The location and the room size is definitely good. Spacious and close to shopping area, and metro. Safe area. Good response from the staff despite a busy hotel, I've called the reception when the power went off at my room, and the maintenance came within 15min.

At first my room didn't have hair dryer, so I requested one but the hair dryer was in a very pool condition that the front was falling off. Wouldn't be safe to use I think...

The location - superb

Smell of sewage in the bathroom & bed very hard .

Staff were always exceptionally helpful.

Room needed quite a bit of maintenance doing.

Room very expensive for its size. It was a small double. Wifi cost extra.

Location is absolutely perfect. If you need some rest while shopping, hotel is next to all stores. I loved it.

Friendliness of staff

The wi-fi didn't work throughout my stay. At least 7 people came to check on it and tried to get it working, without result. As I am a blogger in town for the London Fashion Week, this pretty much destroyed my stay professionally. I would have at least expected some complimentary gesture to excuse for the inconvenience, such as complimentary breakfasts or a bottle of champagne. But indeed, I came to town to blog about the fashion week, yet didn't manage to make single blog post during my stay.

The main thing that makes this hotel so impressive is the staff. So nice and helpful. Nicest I have come across in a central London hotel! Bar is fun and our free upgrade room was fantastic. Location is brilliant for Soho and Oxford St. We walked to southbank as well in about 20 mins.

Breakfast pricing although we actually went out for breakfast anyway so didn't really bother us. Spa could do with a steam room or jacuzzi instead of the pointless glass box hanging over the pool!! Could have done with more tea age and milk!

Hotel is in a perfect location. Very central, right at the end of Carnaby.

We had to get somebody to help us with bags. Gave them a $20 tip and they didn't even help us with the bags out when we left. For $700 bucks a night they should at least help you with your bags.

very luxurious, my wife loved it (the overnight stay and theatre trip was a birthday gift) staff were lovely, and facilities were excellent.

The hotel didn't get the special message I added to let them know we were celebrating a birthday

Srtaff were very friendly. Location was brilliant. The 3 cells in the bar area were fab. Very different.
